well, those who are fans are doing VB proud with their support, but i don't like it coming at the expense of others' free expression. if anyone can freely flatter a celebrity, i don't see why someone cannot express equally strong feelings to the contrary. it may be hard to imagine when you see someone in a positive light, but for others, that same person might be exactly what has been expressed here, a negative visual in association with the unanimously adored hermes bags.
in the end, we really do agree on that. katel i think waxed very nicely on the main reason we're here (you nearly made me drool, lol). and some of us thrill at having a bag that is associated with a celeb, and some don't, and that's what this thread is asking.
also, understand the depth of feelings that are in place if you consider someone who puts themselves out there to be a negative role model. celebrities put themselves in the spotlight, to be seen and judged, it's just part of the territory of fame and they almost universally consider any attention better than no attention.
