Do Chanel shoes run true to size?

I have some Chanel flats and,to me,they run small

I want to buy a pair of pumps- but since I have to order via telephone, I cant try on the shoes I heard that they run smaller than normal? Is this true???

How much smaller? a whole size? I'm a 6.5

I always go up a size!

I find they run pretty true to size, but everyone's feet are different. I can even get away with sizing half a size down for the slingback pumps.

I find them to run a 1/2 size smaller, I'm also a size US 6.5 and wear 37 in Chanel shoes.

I am a 7.5.......I wear 38 or 38.5 in chanel heels.

I wear a 7.5 to 8 normally speaking but in Chanel flats I have to get a 8.5, I don't have any Chanel heels so I don't know about them. Best to try on if you can or order the shoes in the two sizes you might think you need and return whichever one is too big or small...

I find they run 1/2 to a full size smaller than my regular size. I have boots, pumps and slingbacks and all of them have run smaller than what I normally wear. If comparing to Jimmy Choo or Manolo Blahnik - they run a 1/2 size shorter so a 39 in Jimmy Choo is a 391/2 in Chanel (at least on me).

i would say go and try them.. im usually a 41 european yet i have a pair of size 40s that fit and size 41 so you should try them out

I'm a size 7.5 to 8 in U.S. sizes, and wear size 38.5 to 39 in Chanel.
