Do Chanel shoes run true to size?

My first pair were flat stretch leather boots..and I'm normally a size 7 (37) and I heard about going a half size larger and I did, and they fit pretty good.

So I would do 1/2 size...I'm sure you can send them back if they don't fit?

I usually wear a size 38.5 (8.5) in most brands. In Chanel I take a 39 in the classic ballet flats. For the Chanel ballet flats with the elastic all around, I take a 38.5 though. You may have to order two pairs, try them on and send one back.

depends on the style, for instance, those peep toe pumps with the cc logo on the back, they run BIG, i tried on a pair of 6 last time, but i think they were more like size 7! but i say they generally run a little small, i go for about half a size bigger.

You ladies are MOST helpful!! Thanks so much. I will try a half size up when I order my shoes! If they don't fit (which let's hope they do) then I will take them back, and try to find another size.
But hopefully I find a Chanel store here, or some place like Saks, or Bg's that sells CHANEL. :sweatdrop:
Any of you ladies wouldn't happen to know what stores sell what in Alaska would you? Just asking.. :confused1::shrugs:

Okay, I can definitely answer this -as I just got back from Saks sales and tried a bunch of Chanel shoes, LOL.

I would say generally you NEED to go up, usually a half size, and even a whole size in some cases. To reiterate what others have said, it genuinely depends on what style, as some run smaller than others -but the general trend is that you will need to go up in size.

I would say going up half a size is safe in general. You can also ask when you order from the store, most full time shoe deptartment people are quite knowledgeable and know which styles run extremely small. Good luck!

Good luck finding your shoes!!! Chanel shoes are the cutest!
I only have two, a pair of heels and a pair of flats. I'm a 37.5 in the heels and they fit perfectly. For the flats, I bought 1/2 a size up and they were still too small! It took a lot of pain to break them in!

Hi, I'm a true 35. For chanel classic ballerinas I need a 35.5, for the free spirit 36. For their covered pumps with 3.5" heels, 36.5. For slip ons like those cruise wedges, 35. However, for this season's popular slippers with camelia on top, I went up to 37. All I can say is chanel sizing is very erratic for me, something like louboutins. LVs shoes are really standard, I do a 35 in every single style they have!
