I am just sorry for the sarcasm that people threw at you. I wish people here can be more supportive. This is one of the reasons why I am here. Compared with some forums that are full of haters, I feel TPFers are much more sane.

I have to say at this young age you have already developed a sophisticated taste, and I really admire your collection. I like the fact that in your rather small collection, each piece is unique and exquisite. You definitely put a lot of thoughts into your purchases. Please keep up the good work. :smile1:

Maturity and immaturity is variant among people of all ages. Not all 17 year olds are impulsive and immature like Holden Caulfield. (He is definitely not an archetype for all the teenagers out there.)

I hope this shows that I do have other things to do other than collect fancy bags.

Oh and I did not proclaim class boundaries so please stop twisting my words. I said I felt pity because I THINK (<--opinion not factual) that MK customers have been lied to and deceived with something that they find as a quality designer goods when its something that is mass produced and overpriced.

Aw thanks so much! I promise I will take good care of them! I always keep them in their dust bags sitting in separate shelves. I did get a few tiny scuffs on the edges of my boy bag and tiny veins and scratches on my phantom bag but other than that all my bags are in tip top shape!

I was just at the BV outlet. Perhaps the bags were made specially for the outlet, but I was very unimpressed. Nothing special about what I saw, though I know there are some big BV fans around here, so I'm not sure what I was missing. Even the wallets were unremarkable. I suppose I was expecting to be blown away by the craftsmanship.

Maybe outlet bags are different? I don't have any currently but love the understated elegance of the woven leather hobos. Not suitable for my current lifestyle but I definitely aspire to owning one eventually!
Goes to show we all have varied taste.. Good thing so many brands out there.

I will add that I don't see the hype with Massaccesi bags here. I've never heard of them other than this forum, and though craftsmanship and leather quality may be great, I don't see much in designs. Some are just totes. I wish they'd have more stylish designs, then maybe I could get on board.
