Probably the majority of them - but not because I harbor any hatred! My reasons for eschewing so many brands have more to do with wanting to stay safely within the boundaries of what I already know will work for my own (lack of) style, rather than a dislike of the designers. It's always the same: I cultivate a fierce and absurd loyalty to two or three brands. Should they evolve beyond my comfort zone, I get crabby about it, call it quits and find a new love. I'm a fashion coward and I admit it.
Or maybe I'm just lazy. Six of one...
I'm a fashion coward too, but to style first and then brand. I'm happy when I find a brand making bags that suit my style, I stop loving it when it doesn't. I'm not particularly brand-loyal but multiple purchases is just the result of tending to shop at certain brands when I like what they have. Such cowardice is actually individuality, it just shows that we know what we like.
Going to have to add Hermes to the list as I don't fancy jumping through hoops and adding unplanned/unnecessary items to my shopping just to get what I want and their bags don't appeal to me. I feel the price tag is mostly due to prestige, and I've moved past that as a point of attraction so I can't justify spending that sort of money on a bag.
