Damaged goods from Shopbop

My first order from SB was damaged goods. They were Joie boots that were on sale, so I thought I had scored, but when I received them... there was a nick in the suede of one shoe, the bottom of the soles looked scratched up, etc. I have no desire to order from them again anytime soon, but they were really nice about the return process.

OMG! I just received Joie boots as well. I paid FULL price and they arrived with scuffs on the sole and scratches on the leather. Someone definitely tried them on and walked a bit before sending them back. I mean I paid almost $400 for them! I'l calling them right away...

I'm going to bump this thread because i'm becoming very irritated at Shopbop's CS. I only started using Shopbop in June and since then I've had maybe 15-20 orders which makes me a pretty good customer. So, I order something and it arrives a size too big and without the straps! When I e-mailed them about it nobody even replied they just gave me a refund, without an apology or anything.
Plus, I just e-mailed the CS about some items in my wishlist don't have "Item has been purchased" written underneath while others do. Guess what the CS told me? If I purchase something then I should remove it from the wish list!!! Well then why is there that option for some clothes and others not! How ridiculous is that.
I am so mad and frustrated and really want to take my business elsewhere!

Their service has gotten a lot worse with the economy. So they didn't offer to send a replacement for the item that was the wrong size, and they refunded you before getting the item back? I see your location says Qatar -- maybe they just didn't want to pay the international shipping?

They probably didn't want to pay shipping, but that doesn't excuse why they didn't at least send an e-mail to apologize. I was planning to wear it somewhere and I was disappointed. Plus, I would rather pay for shipping and get a nice box then have all the expensive items stuffed into a a tiny package where it could get damaged. Ok, I get that they need to downsize but they are losing customers!

They just refunded it and didn't expect me to return it I guess because I didn't. I wasn't going to pay international shipping for something that is relatively inexpensive. What I really wanted was them to apologize and they blew me off which imo is unacceptable.

Well since this happened a couple of months ago, I'm just going to let it go, but now they're not answering my e-mails about the wish list which is really getting on my nerves...

Wow, I'm surprised to hear about all the negitive feedback.
I just received an order I placed for a blouse that was 70% off and it looks to be in good condition.

I had called because I placed 1 order then saw in a bigger size which I thought would fit better so I wanted to see if I could cancel it. It had already shipped so she advised me to place a new order then refuse the first one when it came. It was final sale but she said she would note my account to accept it and to issue me a refund. I was really impressed with how good she was. Maybe I just got lucky.

I am never using Shopbop again. I am not going to get a refund for one of my returns cos according to them they haven't received it!! I have returned numerous parcels to revolve and NONE of them got lost! So far I am out of pocket over $100 b/c of their service. I am worried now that they will miss my last return as well which is $300. I sent it registered this time. That was my last dealing with them. No more!

iMunz, no I don't have it for that order. It has been almost two months and although I always keep the receipt I can't seem to find it this time  I haven't bought insurance cos it gets costly as I return lots of parcels to the US. I am in Australia.
I have been dealing with revolve for four years now and never had any problems. If shopbop's CS was not so shocking I would have believed that my parcel got lost. I believe they missed it. I am really disappointed! 3 months ago I was supposed to get refund for $33 b/c the shoes I received were not in top condition. They said they did but i never received it. After numerous emails I gave up.. I thought 33 dol is not that much... but after this last time I don't have the confidence to deal with them again.
I def have the tracking # for the $300 dress. I' ll wait one more week ( it has only been a week since I returned) and I ll follow it up.
