I would agree with this sentiment, if I knew that the 'guilt trip' was laid on Susa, and not just told to Moonfancy (who, for all I know, is on friendly terms with Jackie and was informed this in that context). I'm not overly good at reading between the lines, so it is possible I missed something. Susa, I am enthralled by the look of your EM in the taupe - I definitely need one of those babies, can't wait to see your new one!

Susa is a PF friend and she's kept me current. I had just spoken with her yesterday and there wasn't a resolution last we spoke. This has been a long and stressful process.
To be honest, she'd like to post Jackie's correspondence that she received yesterday therefore you can see for yourself and get a much better sense of what really took place and there wouldn't be any speculation. But, she doesn't know if that's appropriate or not.
I happen to feel it certainly doesn't need to be posted here for privacy reasons but I'm quite confident she'd be happy to provide the general highlights should you have any questions!
And I agree with the ladies I'm delighted it all worked out for Susa!!

It feels here like some are ganging up on LoveBags2 simply because she took Susa's side. How is LoveBags2's statement about what she "knows" different from others who have implied, but not directly stated, that they "know" something different about the situation (presumably by talking with Jackie)?
I am a big fan of BE, and I think Jackie is super lovely. Nonetheless it seems to me, in the last couple of controversial threads, that anyone who complains about BE is subject to criticism.

But to write e.g. that the leathers used in the limited leathersale are substandard leathers is just not true! I have till now recieved 8 bags from the limited leather sale which are perfect! And I have another + + bags to come. Do you think I will put my money into bags I don't know how will look like due to second class leathers??? I can tell you: I won't!!
Furthermore it seems to me only TG implied she "knew" something, and nobody else as far as I can read. She was asked to share as well. Moonfancy directly came with what she "knew", so??
But nobody else apart from lovebags is thinking about how we are to react or not..and honestly I can make my mind up myself!
I am the first person to encourage openess, but I'm also a person with a huge portion of fairness and IMHO it is simply not fair to e.g. suggest that the Limited Leathers are substandard!

I am so glad to hear that this story will have a happy ending. Jackie has made an excellent decision to replace that very odd and unusual bag for Susa. As Bonniekir says, my Limited Leather Sale bag was absolutely perfect and I have found no strange markings on any of my BE Matte Leather bags either. Matte is actually my favourite BE leather of all and I am not in the least concerned about buying more items made with it.
I agree with you, i do not know why but the eyes really keep fixing the lines ......... it is just impossible to ignore themIt is a pity about the lines, because otherwise it is a beautiful bag. Thanks for the pics
