ok: let me make some points:

I did share some information with Lovebags2 via pm, she supported me very much and i really appreciate this, it was the first time I had an issue when a company just said that this is all normal and i have to deal with it, maybe some of you will understand how I feel, some of you not

so various members did gave me private message and encouraged me, this really touched my heart and i have the feeling that i am not alone and people do understand my point

some members also expressed their thanks that I did dare to talk open like this about an issue, something they would not have dared in the past altough having a reason for it

I consider lovebags2 as a good forum friend, she is eager to defend me, which i think is really touching, but I do not see what is so wrong about this, it is a detail,

if it is going to end that everybody attacks everybody and the point itself (my zebra bag ) is not the point anymore............well, then this will be a kindergarden here and not a productive discussion

Please attack me with more questions , but not lovebags or somebody else (only because they have different opinions)

And btw, if I have not yet mentioned it: I have always been in excellent terms with Jackie, I guess she will confirm that, she is not at all appreciating that I posted my issue here, but she had her chances before when we exchanged emails

so therefore the tone between Jackie and me got a bit different than before, but I can confirm that now, when we are trying to find a solution the tone got back to normal and we are trying to deal on a professional basis

Susa - Like everyone else, I'm rooting for you and hoping that your issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Your "zebra bag" is not good and I think that everyone here agrees with you on that. If BE were participating in fashion week, I doubt that Jackie would proudly showcase your bag as an example of BE's finest work.

It is unfortunate that BE did not immediately offer a suitable resolution to you. I think BE definitely needs improvement on their initial responses to issues that come up. I'm glad to hear that discussions are now improving.

Things certainly have gotten a bit wild on this thread. Although I do regularly post on this forum, I am not really close to anyone on this forum and I have no hidden agenda. BE is my favorite brand, but I have no problem with people posting and talking about issues. I have been participating in this forum long enough to get a good sense of the different personalities and I understand where some of the frustration is coming from regarding Lovebags2.

For a long time now, Lovebags2 has been one of the most vocal supporters of BE bags. She has written many outstanding, detailed reviews of BE bags and has proclaimed several different BE styles as perfect for her. Given this history, it is confusing to see the change of heart that has taken place over the past few weeks. I don't know if she is mainly upset about the recent issues with the pictures and/or change in payment options or if there is a lot more to it than that. She is clearly upset with BE and has moved on to BV. There's nothing wrong with moving to another brand, but it appears to me that she is now trying to take every opportunity she can to badmouth BE. I'm glad that she is supporting you, but the way she is doing it is not coming across very well. I hope this doesn't come across as an attack on anyone. I am honestly confused by such a quick change considering how much she loved her BE bags and how close she was to Jackie.

Back to topic - I truly hope that you end up with a brand new bag that you will be happy to wear for a long time. These bags are not cheap and you are entitled to a high quality bag.
 
I don't post much in BE, mostly reveals, but have over 15 BE bags so I am going to go ahead and post here. If you view it as just negative, please add me to your ignore list!

I am frustrated to see a QC thread turn into personal attacks against members. IMO, this should be in PMs.

Please lets keep this thread to what it is intended for. I am appalled at what Susa's bag looks like (to the point I contacted BE about my matte purple bag on order) and am glad to see it is getting resolved.

I hope this thread can be used for what it is intended for and not personal attacks.

If you have a QC issue, it belongs here. Personal drama does not. I am not a mod and am probably crossing the line but too many recent posts on this thread are just not on topic.

some of you may know I was a huge fan of a different brand until the QC got too bad for me. I posted the facts, illustrated the problems with pictures, and then let it be. I let my wallet do the talking and have not purchased anything from that brand again and do not post there much.

Maybe some need to do that here. Others need to not rise to the bait. It is just bags. If you have QC problems post them. Lets discuss them. then move on.

I also have another request :

Jackie told me that she receives about 10 emails a day from tpflers, asking about what she is going to do regarding my zebra , arguing with her, a bit drama like

Gosh, it got difficult, I am sure that these mails have not a bad background and are meant to "help" me

I do not know , if these emails come from the same persons who are posting here

but I think this is well exaggerated,

A: this keeps Jackie busy from working , it is time-consuming and time is money and I think in the end it will not speed anything up, it could be the just the contrary

B: this is not fair play towards Jackie

Jackie DID NOT complain to me about these emails, she just mentioned it that since I have posted my issue, she is very busy in answering various kinds of emails regarding my zebra and possible solutions

I did not intend with my initial posting to encourage anybody to email to Jackie in order to help me

I do hope that I find the right words: I would ask everybody, with all my respect, not to continue to email Jackie regarding my issue

I do not want Jackie's business stop from growing, in the end everybody makes mistakes and will learn from mistakes, I still consider my bag as second choice, and hopefully there will be the day when Jackie will see what I mean (maybe she needs to see the bag in personal, I am not even sure if she did) and thinks over her point of what is normal and what not

if these emails to Jackie continue, I truly regret that I have asked for opinions about my zebra, because this was not my intention when I started to ask

I totally agree, lovebags obviously has major issues about BE and has changed allegiance to BV so maybe should be posting more on that forum

This forum is for discussion, good or bad. I do not want to see another personal attack on anyone for any reason. If you don't like what someone is saying, please take it to PM or ignore them. Now, for those of you that come here to post negative comments for whatever reason, please keep in mind who your audience is. Personally, I would expect to ruffle some feathers if I went to another forum and said nothing but negative things. People visit the sub forums because they like the bags. KWIM?

Now, shall we continue on as friends? It's the weekend, and those of us that work are probably looking forward to a good one.;)

Susa, I'm over the moon overjoyed for you that you're receiving such wonderful support from Lovebags.

But to be clear, I've received several shall I say, "not too polite" and kind ones from certain individuals including your main supporter, & I view this as harrassment & getting beaten up about asking a simple question......which has never been answered btw. I could post those PM's here, but I refuse to lower myself to that level.

I've stated many times that I truly hope your issue gets resolved to your satisfaction. From what I've read, seems as though you'll be with a new bag soon, so I hope it surpasses your expectations.
