How can they dispute the fact that there was no red First made with a leather tag? I'm correct in that aren't I? F/W 03 was the first red?
Wait, I'm confused, you have an 02 rouge FBF listed as a bag you're searching for. I don't see a red of any sort on any of the colour charts I know prior to 03? Can you enlighten me?
You are correct, but sometimes there can be anomalies. I was secretly hoping this would be one of those bags, but the bales were a dead giveaway. There is no arguing with them since their Director of Authenticity is obviously clueless and a joke.
They've already answered which was really quick...standard blather about their high standards etc. etc.
I edited my last post to include a question, not sure you saw it. You have a rouge FBF as a bag you're looking for. So there was a red prior to 03 in the FBF?
There is a red FBF from 02 or maybe 01, but it is a definite unicorn. Super hard to find and not very many made. I think I know one person who has the red FBF.
I guess that's why the colour isn't on any of the charts I've seen. BTW do you have any other suggestions for colour charts other than effen haute and tPF? Thanks for all of the info saira, nice talking to you even if it's over such an unpalatable subject!
No problem and nice talking to you! There is some information on FBF's and earlier moto bags on RDC and I love bbags has some good info too. The color charts here are not complete and there are a ton of holes to fill, especially with the newer bags.
I have ordered from them twice and was very pleased. I wouldn't purchase anything non-returnable though.
Has anyone else noticed they have added more discount restrictions to brands (such as Stuart Weitzman, Iro, etc) that were previously not excluded from their daily 20% off sales? I have cancelled my first look membership due to this, as this is a huge turn off.
Update...after I received their standard answer I replied with a list of the issues I saw with the bag's authenticity. They never replied and the bag is still listed...but today I received a "rate our service" email. I did

I think they have a glitch. No discount for all newly listed Hermes scarves. It's funny because I see some returned items, originally sold with the 20% discount, now back on sale excluded from the 20% discount. Their price becomes ridiculous without the 20% off, so I believe it's a glitch. Somebody needs to report it to them.

They are the worst!! They obviously do not take this issue seriously. Even though the occasional HG pops up on there, I will never give them a dime of my money. They are thieves.

does anybody have experience with TRR selling them an inauthentic bag with a no return policy? i'm pretty sure the bag i just ordered isn't authentic and i want to know if anyone has been able to successfully recover their money despite the no return policy. i'm so frustrated!
