Not at all happy with my selling experience. I won't go into detail, but they took a discontinued, limited edition bag which sells above retail, and a month before it was to go off consignment, marked it down for less than half of the original list price. Of course it sold immediately. I would not be a bit surprised if I see it re-listed somewhere. I have noticed that their descriptions are not great, and sometimes not accurate. I asked them repeatedly to list the components that go with the bag (which would be important to a collector buying an important bag) such as the booklet, original tags, lock, key and clochette and original dust bag and they didn't. The small pieces I consigned went quickly for a fair price, but I will never consign with them again on an important piece.

This place sucks. I stupidly fell victim and bought a fake bag. I wasn't thinking clearly and mixed up seasons. When I got the bag, I could immediately tell it was a terrible fake. Bales, color, tag, leather, everything was off. I was livid. I called on a Friday and had to wait on hold for 12 minutes before I could speak to anyone. The person who finally answered the call, Norma, fought with me, telling me the bag wasn't fake and they don't sell fake bags and the bag is final sale. I told her that her customer service was terrible and I needed to speak to a manager. She said her manager wasn't there, but would be in later that afternoon. What!? I told her that her manager needed to call me immediately because this was a very serious situation. After 5 hours, I still had not heard from anyone at TRR and I filed a claim with PayPal. 2 hours later I received a return shipping label and a return authorization. They return finally processed today and they had the audacity to charge me for shipping so they did not return the full amount. Not only that, but the bag is back up on their site despite it being clearly fake. I never received a call back from their manager and it is clear that they have not taken this claim seriously. The bag should have been destroyed so it could not be purchased again.
Was it the red first with the missing mirror glass? I saw that one reposted and thought what a shame that they would put a fake back up for sale. I sent a message to their "authenticator" email address shortly after it listed, and all I received in return was a form letter stating that they take authentication seriously and it had been authenticated, and this issue was marked "resolved." This is a real disappointment, as I felt they were at least getting their act together on authenticity and making some minor attempt to describe the bags more accurately. But their customer service has gone downhill. A year or a year and a half ago their customer service was their saving grace, you could call and NOT wait on hold for 15 minutes, talk to a CSA that was friendly and understanding, and more often than not, they would grant an RMA if you explained why the bag was not as described (or God forbid, fake). But they've gotten both unfriendly and unbending, and I utterly can't believe that they charged you for return shipping. I would call and raise hell for the shipping refund just on principal.
Yes, it was the red first. I've been wanting a 03 red city for ages and I wasn't thinking clearly. I saw the long strap and leather tag and went for it since I can deal with firsts with longer straps. I forgot that the f/w season doesn't have those attributes. I also missed the really bad bales in my excitement. I definitely raised hell and got my full refund including shipping. It happened yesterday. I saw that they have it back up and reminded them it is illegal to sell fake bags. Their CS responded that they refunded as a one time courtesy and their Director of Authenticity deemed it authentic. What a joke! They are taking no responsibility and clearly do not take the issue seriously. Can they really be this clueless or do they simply not care? I've heard that they are partnering with Neiman Marcus and I want to let NM know who they are dealing with.

It's now on sale at 20% off...I emailed asking why they have a bag that is so clearly fake up on their website.
