IMO I think the Nolita wristlets are underrepresented! They're quite useful, as I've discovered from owning a few.
Reasons to like over the Soho:
1) The "polished pebbled" versions come with a chain strap (some of the newer designs are completely removable on both ends, whereas older versions are only 'hookable' on one end or other). The shiny hardware can really dress up an outfit, especially if it's gold on darker color leather. It really pops! I love silver hardware too, no bias. It's all about leather/hw color combo.
2) Like
@OhHelloDoll mentioned, there are interior pockets: either 2 cc slots and/or slip pocket. The larger sizes (22, 24) have an exterior zip pocket, which I personally happen to like. I noticed many
Coach fans complained about a zip pocket being on the front with the logo (24), so it appears Coach redesigned the 22 with the zip pocket being on the back (and making length/height adjustments). I appreciate that a fashion house listens to its consumers (just assuming, lol).
3) Again, as
@OhHelloDoll stated, the Dinky chain/leather strap or any other strap (with smaller hooks) can be used to use the Nolita as a crossbody. Yes, it's a small bag only for essentials, but IMO it carries more than the Rogue 17 or 1941 clutch wristlets (with flap).
4) My favorite feature about the Nolita wristlet is that if you buy the glovetanned versions (only available in size 19), the interior is FULLY lined in scrumptious LEATHER! It's the same buttery leather used in the Dinkies that feel like lambskin! I love this! The very unfortunate downside is that they don't make this version any larger than the 19!! My hope in posting this is that Coach reads this and offers a 24 in full leather!
Concerns about the Soho:
1) It has beautiful glovetanned leather exterior with a removable strap. I like the variations on the strap like the multi-color linked leather or mini tea roses, for those who want options. Unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of the canvas interior. I'd rather feel excited to see/feel the buttery interior of the Nolita for the price.
2) As mentioned on page 6, I'm very concerned about the durability of the strap ends ("push-pins"). If I remove/insert so many times, I'm afraid it'll weaken the springs. Additionally, if you pack a lot in this small size, it can weight down the strap and that worries me too with regard to the aforementioned strap ends.
