The manager of my coach store told me that it is definitely a 60 day return period and that we would have till January to return bags bought prior to this Friday. After the 60 days on new bags they won't do anything for you. No store credit or exchange. With bags prior to this Friday same goes after Jan 1st. Also they will do only do a price adjustment within 14 days.
60 days starting 9/19. Purchases made 9/18/14 or prior have till January 2015 to return.
I went to an Outlet in NJ yesterday to get a price adjustment since the clearance is an additional 30% (I was just there on Monday...however, 30% off is significant!). The SA told me the Return Policy is changing...maybe as early as next week. They are converting to a 60 day return policy. Purchases made before the change can still be returned whenever.
So is this 60 day return policy to be just at the outlets or at FP stores too? TIA
Resellers who weren't able to unload them?The other day some customers and myself stood in line forever as a couple returned 14 FOS bags at the outlet. There were a few duplicates. Some were still wrapped to the nines. Others were wrapped, but the handbags had obviously been removed and placed back into the plastic bag. I was speechless.

The new return policy, the lack of numbers on the creeds (I know it is stupid for this to bother me but it does), the new repair policy, and the lack of PCES all make me feel less love for Coach. It seems like customer service isn't very important any more.

What's the new repair policy? I must have missed that one on here.
