Macy's is unlimited too. Zappos has a year.
i wonder how gifts will work and gift receipts especially with the holidays looks like ill stick to department stores to be on the safe side. i think this may make a difference as to how many shop with the brand the mentality has always been buy now think later SA even push the fact that u can bring it back if you don't love it or change your mind interesting direction. i wonder also if clearance at outlets will be final sale? thats what many other brands like kate spade and mk tend to do
even eBay is allowing 3 months for returns over the holidays.
Target is 90 days.

Nice new policy..60 days is perfect...not too generous...IMO, just right. I heard about the grandfather, too...bags bought before Thurs. are grandfathered?? (meaning, can be returned as per old policy??

IMO, final sale would be a BIG mistake. I never buy if final sale...in fact, final sale turns me off to the brand. (unless there is a flaw and you get a further discount, knowing it is final sale)

And as others pointed out, a lot of stores have much more generous return policies. I love Zappo's... I think Coach is doing everything it can to make more of a profit with the loss of profits. We'll see if this helps or not.

60 days is still way to generous imho, I was once stuck with an item from gucci, because there return policy was 10 days! If you haven't decided whether you should keep something in 60 days, I feel like you probably shouldn't be out buying that many bags.

What I was told is that the 60 day return policy goes into effect 9/19 for items bought on or after that day.... any item bought 9/18 or before have a grace period until 1/1/15 to be returned.. like so many things I have been told before that did not come true who knows ... but the 60 day return is for sure ... :smile1:

Just heard the same thing from my SA.

I wonder why she told me 90 days? She also told me that sunday, the day that we were there, that it was the last of the 50% off and yet when I walked in to the Gilroy store yesterday they handed me one of the 50% off?? It sounds as if they don't get their stories straight between their their SAs.

The manager of my coach store told me that it is definitely a 60 day return period and that we would have till January to return bags bought prior to this Friday. After the 60 days on new bags they won't do anything for you. No store credit or exchange. With bags prior to this Friday same goes after Jan 1st. Also they will do only do a price adjustment within 14 days.
