Coach Returns Policy

I went to an Outlet in NJ yesterday to get a price adjustment since the clearance is an additional 30% (I was just there on Monday...however, 30% off is significant!). The SA told me the Return Policy is changing...maybe as early as next week. They are converting to a 60 day return policy. Purchases made before the change can still be returned whenever.

It was just a matter of time. Thanks for the intel :smile1:

Yup, they just told me the same. I think it started already...:oh:

Glad to hear it. Hopefully, no more bag squatters buying the good stuff at FP and sitting on it till it deletes. Although, the way Coach moves styles out of rotation, 60 days might still be enough time to pull that one. But I guess one would have to make a full time career out of that kind of foolishness. :graucho::graucho::graucho:

Hello Ladies

recently I took back a bag to the outlet and although the bag was bought 3 weeks ago and the bag was returned I was told that coach is implementing a new return policy. In about 2 months returns will only be accepted within 60 day period! I also went into FP who also confirmed they are also making the change as well and it is company wide no exceptions! They explained that they are currently in the phase of transitioning and are allowing a 2 month grace period before the policy goes into full effect!

Has anyone else heard about this change ? Thoughts ? Concerns?

Most boutiques have a 15 - 30 day return policy so this is not a big deal.

At least you'll be able to get your $$ back if you change your mind and return a bag to Coach. Some boutiques have a "credit memo" only return policy.

The longest I've ever waited to return a bag was 3 weeks to this is okay with me.

I think indecisive folks will just shop department stores or zappos where the policies are much more lenient.
