I confirmed with my outlet the same date.

I returned all my big items yesterday without a problem. I'm going to go through my keychains I haven't used yet and figure out which ones I'll probably never use and return them before the 18th. I'll probably wait as long as I can so there might be something I'll want to exchange them for.

Oh good...consistency :smile1:

Has anyone had any issues returning NWT items to JAX where all you have is a confirmation order/ship email from orders placed online but not the original receipt?
I have 2 NWT items I want to return where I cannot find the original receipt to save my life, BUT I did find both the order confirmation email as well as the ship confirmation email (which has the actual price paid since one of the items was purchased during a PCE). I have a feeling I must have previously returned another item from the same orders and possibly sent the original receipt back (instead of making a copy and keeping the original), or else I may have done a return in store, providing the online receipt and the cashier just kept the receipt instead of marking it up and giving it back after the refund was done.

Are the emails sufficient for Coach as a receipt, or do you think they will only give me the lowest selling price that they see it their system and claim I didn't have the receipts?

I don't know about returning straight to JAX, but I just had a similar situation and returned to the fp boutique just fine today with only my email order confirmation. I think as long as they had the order number they were able to access it and process the return.

I bought a pair of shoes on FOS that was also available on SAS but they are too big, and style is not what I thought, can I return to an FP store? I don't live by the outlet so it would be a pain. I read some people had issues returning outlet merchandise to FP boutiques. It says you can return outlet merchandise to FP store in their policies, just double checking!

You should be able to, but not all SAs got the memo, so keep insisting until you get someone who knows the policy.

Not entirely related, but not all stores stock shoes but you can return shoes to a store whether they stock them or not.

I may need to return without receipt too. I usually put the receipt in the zipper pocket of the handbag or wallet. For the life of me I cannot find this one and nearly tore the house apart!

I couldn't find one for a wallet I wanted to return. I found it by accident in the pocket of a purse. I had bought them both on the same receipt.

I have a quick question. I have some pony's from the outlet unused. I have receipts but no tag on the pony. Not even a Coach brown tag on most of them. I have like 10 or 15 of these. I know I don't lose things (or cut off brown cloth tags). Is this how the pony's came? They are all new and I have receipts for them all and I would like to return them since I have not used them in all this time. BUT I want no hassle from my outlet (they are usually quite mean).

Also my fobs that I plan to return (3-4) have no paper tags but again I have the receipts. Should this be ok or will they hassle me?

Thanks.

The fobs should be fine because most of the time they remove the tags before they sell them.

I think you will have a problem with the scarves. It would be impossible to prove they aren't used. Every pony I've bought has come with the cloth label and a cardboard price tag attached with a string. They might not be able to resell them without the content labels. I think it might be a violation of labeling laws. I know I would have a problem buying a scarf in this condition.

I bought a Pony that didn't have a price tag and the brown label was halfway falling off. There was a power outage so the SA couldn't print a price tag for me at the moment and she said she can ring it up without one. It was wrinkled and could have been a return or a display scarf. I asked if I wanted to return it, would it be an issue? Two SAs told me it wouldn't be a problem as long as I have the receipt and they said, besides - we know you! Unfortunately, I think it will depend on your relationship with the store. You can always go in and try to return them and see what happens or call ahead and ask. I like being able to say I spoke to "so and so" and she told me it wouldn't be a problem. Good Luck!

Unfortunately, no one can predict how the store personnel will treat you - hassle or no hassle. But since you have the receipts it's worth taking them in. The brown fabric labels are only attached with a couple of light stitches, so it's likely they could come loose or even detached while being tossed around the outlet. I've purchased scarves from the outlet that had the brown fabric label cut through or dangling. Your receipt describes the item, so the SAs can identify the scarf to the receipt.
Give it a try, you'll never know until you do. Good luck!

I purchased the Camo Taxi Tote right after Thanksgiving. I have only carried the bag a couple times and all four corners have rubbed off to white! What would you ladies do? I'm contemplating just trying to return it for a credit. I don't want to get another bag and the same thing happen! FYI: I am very careful with my bags, they're like my babies. lol. I've never had this happen before.
