I just recently returned everything I had that was NWT. Some were really great deals too and the SAs said I was crazy for returning some of them. My collection is growing too big though and I figured if I've never found a time to use it then why still keep it? I felt like a weight was lifted when I walked out the door and everything I returned was immediately put in the back for the SAs to fight over like usual (my closest outlet rarely gets any deletes). My goal this year is to really cut back and only buy something that I absolutely love. No more "well its a great deal" purchases. My local outlet which is only 15 min away is a pop-up outlet that will be closing in April. So that plus the new return policy will make it hard to ever return since the next closest outlet is almost 2 hours away.

Good for you! I bet it felt great to have all those bags out of your closet and the money back on your credit card. How many bags did you return? I live close to an outlet and ours used to get tons of great deletes but not really in the last year or so. I haven't purchased much from Coach in the last two years so our outlet makes it easier than ever to get in and out without buying anything--I just haven't seen much that grabs my attention or is something I know I would love to carry. Much better for my wallet.

I did 2 trips in 2 weeks so I looked a little less crazy walking around with so much stuff. In total I returned 7 bags, 8 slgs, and 3 keychains. I really thought I would have a regret for at least something but I don't. I enjoy looking in my closet and seeing empty space. I think it will be pretty easy to stay on my semi-ban too. I have every niche filled in my collection at the moment. There is not one thing I feel that I "need".

I've had that same experience. Maybe I've bought something because it was hard to find/a really good deal/whatever but I never used it, so it really isn't a good deal if it just sitting in the closet with tags on it. Much better to take it all and get your money back, especially this time of year. I know some people worry about returning because what the SA might say but I figure, it's my money, and I'm the customer. If it's new and I have the receipt, I don't care if someone gives me a hard time. Fortunately, I've found the Coach SAs to be very helpful, which is a big reason why I stayed as a customer for so long.

And I'm with you on the empty space in the closet--I love having that. I tend to enjoy more of what I have when I don't have quite so mch of it.

I'm nearly convinced! That tote might be going back after all!

Good for you; thanks for the inspiration! I need to do the same thing while there is still time. I have so many pretty ones, but many I haven't used because the colors weren't neutral enough. I wish the borough bags had come out 2 years ago. I love the practicality and classic sophistication that they give off. The size is great and they look great with everything. Most of my other Coach bags are more stand out colors and statement pieces which although lovely, don't go with as much.

I returned a purse that has been sitting in my closet for over a year, along with a wristlet, I still have a keychain and a small wallet that were both under $20 that I am going to hold on to, I like them and I think they could be a gift, if not I have a few more weeks to return

And the SA who returned was quite nice about it, he also told me going forward the new return policy,

The returns help paid for the SAS purchase ;)

I did my first run last week...one more to go. I felt good leaving the store and had no regrets either!

I returned a couple bags today that I purchased before the return policy change. The SA seemed new and asked the other SA what the cutoff date is. The other SA told me purchases made prior to the return policy change have to be returned by 1/18/15. I know we sometimes get different answers but thought I would pass this along. I personally wanted to make sure I got my returns in by January 1 but seems I have some time in case I change my mind on the couple things I still have that are NWT.

I confirmed with my outlet the same date.

I returned all my big items yesterday without a problem. I'm going to go through my keychains I haven't used yet and figure out which ones I'll probably never use and return them before the 18th. I'll probably wait as long as I can so there might be something I'll want to exchange them for.

Has anyone had any issues returning NWT items to JAX where all you have is a confirmation order/ship email from orders placed online but not the original receipt?
I have 2 NWT items I want to return where I cannot find the original receipt to save my life, BUT I did find both the order confirmation email as well as the ship confirmation email (which has the actual price paid since one of the items was purchased during a PCE). I have a feeling I must have previously returned another item from the same orders and possibly sent the original receipt back (instead of making a copy and keeping the original), or else I may have done a return in store, providing the online receipt and the cashier just kept the receipt instead of marking it up and giving it back after the refund was done.

Are the emails sufficient for Coach as a receipt, or do you think they will only give me the lowest selling price that they see it their system and claim I didn't have the receipts?

Great, thanks for the Intel. I was frantically trying to get my stuff together to return (back to JAX) and was worried it was 1/1/15 and I was going to be SOL!
