Just finished working on my first purple bag - a Lexington small crossbody (can’t find the actual name anywhere) in Ink! She only needed conditioning and a little reshaping. Before:

I’m guessing the original owner only brought her out on special occasions. Along with a Coach fabric care card, there was a coupon from 2002, an Olive Garden receipt from 2009, and an old Red Lobster coaster in the back pocket:

UA Stewardess update and question: she is still fairly wet and looks like a black bag with tan stitching, I think she may settle as “ta-black”. The leather felt weird, not sure if that is the result of her having been dyed or overall dryness of the leather. Normally I would have done CPR tonight, but as she already has some piping cracks I opted to do a coat now to get some moisture back in.

She was part of a rehab lot and I just noticed is missing her interior zipper pull. What to you all usually do for that? Buy one? Make one out of a paper clip?

The easiest solution for me is to use one that has an attached dogleash clip.
