Just finished rehabbing an Ergo Pocket Zip and mini Ergo - bought to be a mother/daughter matching set:biggrin: I’m amazed the color on the edges and came back on the zip. That’s never happened to me on a black purse before!

Here’s after:

The zip was super dry. After the bath, I did 3-4 coats of CPR, 2-3 coats of Leather Therapy, one application of Obenauf’s LP (not the oil), and Blackrocks. The only color touch up I had to do was a little tiny brown spot on the back; it was so small it didn’t show up in the before pictures.
That is too cute, a mother-daughter set. I hope that I can do that soon with my own daughters! But they seem to like bright colors (and currently going through a glitter and sparkly stage)... and all I mostly have is black! Did coach ever make glittery bags? haha jk

Lol, my daughter is only 2, so she probably won't be carrying it too much yet! And she isn't picky about colors yet either. She does love her bags, though:biggrin: I added a little stuffed horse charm on it for her.

Edit - forgot the pic!

Cute! My girls have started their own collection of bags too! But what you said about adding a horse charm made me think about maybe getting them to customize or decorate them (in a way that doesn’t damage the bag and that they can take off as they get older). Maybe on a dinky? Gosh. They are only 6 and 3 and yet I’m thinking about getting them their own coach bags already! What is this madness I’m participating in

Edit: I do justify my vastly growing collection of vintage coach bags in hopes of “passing them along” to my daughters. Does anyone else do this? Just me? Oh ok. Ha.. ha..

I don't have daughters.. can I pretend play and get them glittery micro Bennet satchels?

I bought my daughter a sequin backpack, and I had this adorable sequin drawstring before I came to my senses and returned it. I still own this glittery cinch bag.

My older daughter would love that sequin backpack! It would match her over the top sequin rainbow dress she got for Christmas. All of this while writing in her sequin notebook.

Got these 2 squashed, scratched, and gross lovelies today! Aaaaand guess what! The black one had a half of a tooth in it! Yay! Ewww.
That made me laugh so loud I startled the dog. And props to you for actually holding that tooth for a photo (though it was probably just shoved in there by some mom after it fell out of her kids mouth or something).
