I finished the rehab on my British Tan Broadway Satchel. You can still see the spots on the one side but overall I am pleased. She drank the leather CPR! Bonus is she no longer smells musty!

Does anyone have recommendations for sealant for edge paint on straps?

I've used Fiebing's Leather Cement, applying a thin coat with the edge of a toothpick. It dries clear.

Fiebing's also makes a neutral (clear) Edge Kote that you could use.

Tandy also makes an edge paint product that comes in different colors and finishes (matte or gloss) but I haven't tried it either.

Before and after a quick bath and 2 coats of CPR, and a coat of Renapur. Sometimes I use Renapur instead of BlackRock. Looks brand new! I'm in love with these daypacks. I actually found one in yellow and it's on its way!

Wasn't me. I just listed mine for sale. I find the shoulder strap too short for me.

Haven’t carried mine yet, feel it’s a fall color. But I was eyeing the listing with these two. My recent antique jewelry binge kept it at just watching and no bidding

Beautiful! Wow the orange is Glow y and Gorgeous. Another color I need to be on the look out for!.
Is the Renapur similar in consistency to Blackrocks and apply the same way? I haven't seen that product before..... your results are stunning!

Has anyone ever had a bag dry within 24 hours of dunking? I dunked a stewardess yesterday and for quite a good amount of time. About 8 hours afterwards I put on the first coat of CPR. This morning I applied a second coat but she is practically dry and doesn't even really need anymore conditioner. So weird. But yay!

Edgekote, there are other brands. They also make a little well and wheel thing for application. They’re inexpensive and might be worth a shot for a more consistent look along the strap.

I hate it when they squish a purse in an envelope. I know they are trying to save money but it's so disrespectful to the purse! LOL!

The weird thing is that it was pouring rain all day yesterday. I'm definitely not complaining though lol!
