Wow! I have a similar pink purse! It's from the Parker line. The leather was called gelato because it is so squishy.
You've got the pretty big sister!!
She is a bit dirty so I am not sure how clean she will get, but she does hold promise of being presentable! She doesn't look like she is past the point of no return lol.
Eta, your bag charms are simply tdf!

Jealous! Been eyeing a Winnie but could not find one for less than $100. I totally would have bought all those too. Enjoy!
Ty. All I can say is keep looking, you just never know. I was not looking to buy these smaller bags specifically, but they were a steal . The ivory/bone ones are very clean, but one is extremely dry, so we'll see how that goes. Of course I couldn't walk by the Winnie.
Actually the little bag I could collect in multiple colors for the sake of collecting is the Shoulder Purse (kisslock inside). I found a nice looking navy one for $50 shipped , just listed as a leather Coach bag. Other than that , they are listed over $ 100 too. I'll keep you in mind if I ever see a deal for a Winnie online.

Yummy! Enjoy! Where did you find her? Online? GW? Flea market?
This one came from ebay. So not a huge bargain but a fair price considering her condition I think (it was about $64 shipped if I remember correctly.) I have always wanted one but I'm never going to pay the hundreds some sellers ask!

Also, after an application of Blackrocks last night it looks even nicer! Now I just have to find somewhere to keep it. It's so big! I didn't even think of where I would store this baby. I think it needs to be either laid on its side or hung up. That's going to take up some space.

Out at a flea market today. In the last aisle I was walking through, from 4 different sellers, I picked these up. Apparently I have no impulse control! Set me back a total of $15 bucks : )View attachment 4207304
Good finds! If you find the Winnie as unusable as I did you might like to sell it. They fetch a good amount on ebay. They are super super tiny though. I wanted the money more than I wanted the bag. LOL

The Francine is such a gorgeous bag, please let us know how the rehab works out, good luck!

The bag is not a complete disappointment. The inside smells like perfume which can be fixed and it is pristine inside. The outside however cannot really be refurbished to a huge extent. I was able to remove some black mark transfer but the other marks were under the surface.

Wondering if this is a good candidate for tea rose appliques or something like that.

The most frustrating thing for a refurbisher to encounter is a bag that can not be improved. We've all had a few of those.

Okay so I just did something I said I would never do I picked up a white patent leather used bag.
I found it with the coupon for $18 shipped. A Francie.
Have any of you worked with any of the newer patent leather paint to try in remove stains or spots? Bleach pens on white patent?
There's a ton of information on refurbishing patent shoes on youtube, but spot painting on Patent seems a little impossible.
It hasn't come yet so I'm not sure of the extent of the stains but my first course of action will be acitone or alcohol on any thing that looks like color transfer. A general cleaning with leather CPR and maybe vigegar.
I'm kind of already regretting this purchase.

someone posted this on another thread and I thought it might be handy here. I've never tried any of these.

I quoted myself here because I think this applies in your situation. Things to try to fix white patent. Since it is white, you can try more things than you could with another color.

If you can't get the odor out with washing, or you don't want to wash the lining, try Febreze free nature. It works well for me.

I don't think appliques would look right unless they are also patent but I could be wrong.

Agreed, it is tiny! But it's a Brit lol lol! I will at least parade it around for a few occassions. Take it out to a Coach retail store. There is a really sweet manager at the local store in the mall. I usually go on Sunday afternoons when it is slow. The last time I went, another associate was itching to get his hands on the unlined interior and see the Creed of my NYC City bag, lol. I told them as long as you do't mind my pouches on your counter, have at it! Lol I told them I felt like Grandma Coach, telling tales of yore to the youngsters lol lol.

I agree concerning the applique in the patent leather.....the texture is easily fixed with some patent leather acrylic paint it's slick and very glossy. I've been known to paint a few bags in my past and this prospect sounds fun.

I saw that link that you posted through Google..... rubbing biscuts on a Coach just seems wrong some how. I will be trying bleach.
