I had 2 Murphys I sold too because they were too small. I just don't use tiny bags. I kept all my Dinkys I've collected over the years in case I ever want a tiny bag.I use my Murphy for concerts and travel so the smallness could come in handy.

Great finds!Out at a flea market today. In the last aisle I was walking through, from 4 different sellers, I picked these up. Apparently I have no impulse control! Set me back a total of $15 bucks : )View attachment 4207304
I've gotten rid of most of my small bags too. I remember once I tried to carry a pocket purse. My wallet wouldn't fit so I left it out, then we went to get milk on the way home and I realized I didn't have any cash. I have since put an emergency $20 in my coin purse.I had 2 Murphys I sold too because they were too small. I just don't use tiny bags. I found a tattersall Bleeker 11420 tote with the braided handles, it has filthy lining, has anyone worked on these bags? Does the lining pull completely out?
The lining doesn't pull out in the flap bags. I don't know about the tote. I have more trouble getting these linings clean than other linings.I found a tattersall Bleeker 11420 tote with the braided handles, it has filthy lining, has anyone worked on these bags? Does the lining pull completely out?

I've dunked an Ink Bleecker Flap bag and matching wallet and they came out great, see the link below. I think that the lining may have partially pulled out but I don't remember for sure?

Note: I mistakenly referred to the Bleecker Flap as a "Legacy" bag in my post, but that is not correct.

Wow you guys are quick thanks for all of the info. KateV. Looks like you did not have any bleeding issues with that Ink colored leather onto your tattersall. Looks like a good option.
I think someone did a rehab of that exact bag not very long ago on this thread.Wow you guys are quick thanks for all of the info. KateV. Looks like you did not have any bleeding issues with that Ink colored leather onto your tattersall. Looks like a good option.
Thanks. I used to have such thrift envy. Bemoaning the fact local thrifting was poor. Well no more whining from me! I have to stay away from this flea market!!Great finds!
I was watching this navy Madison Drake Briefbag (Italy 4420) last week and there were no bids. It has been relisted with a starting bid of $75 and also with a "Make an Offer" option. It is missing the hangtag and has some injuries, but in general it looks pretty nice and it is shown with the dustbag:
