Well my tote rehab from last week will save me from a fixer upper like this lol. Do you have a rehab with a less than optimal turn out ?? Put that puppy right by your phone with a sign on it that says *Remember me?* And I can't be bothered with PM. Except for a Pony. Which you will beat me to lmao.
Edited to add, and sorry, just not my cup of tea. The Light Tote is my weakness.

Oh there were several Pony Express on eBay recently. All above $200+ though.

I'm still hoping I'll find a Pony Express at a thrift store for $20. Then you can have those that are listed online.

In reality though, I just don't see me spending more than $100 if I saw one. I have my black Saddle and my brown Berkley Flap so I can play , Let's pretend you're a Pony! Lol lol

I got a red small classic pre-creed pouch at a swap meet while we were on vacation, and I found a Gramercy satchel at the thrift store. I still got a pretty good deal on my shoulder sac - it was under $40! Before I had the red, I found a black one with a broken rivet at a thrift store. I sold that one once I got the red.

Alright, I've dunked, soaked, applied, lost count, coats of conditioner, even slathered it on with my hands and let it set, and it's finally becoming softer. This may be as good as she's gunna look. The sides are still dry, like it sat in the sun for months, and she's changed multiple shades of tan since starting. But I think it's a putty colored madison. Don't quote me though lol
