I “painted” the edges with Fiebing’s Edge Coat and let it dry. Then took apart this old keychain to reuse the gold topper. Punched a hole in the center and threaded the little circle through and then added a jump ring and chain.

Then I wet the leather and used nail polish bottles and a rubber band to shape it while it dried.

Bought this dino patch and glued it to a leather scrap from a faux Coach and cut it to shape. Punched a hole and added the ring and chain. Just something fun to add some color.
I love this! My two Coach charms are the ceramic tea roses from the outlet.Another project today, continuing with the leather scraps...my own version of a tea rose charm.
