A quick google search revealed possible solutions of 1) WD40 or 2) CLR then clean with soap and water. Since I believe WD40 will leave an oil residue, I'd shy away from it, but I'd be willing to try CLR on the zipper with a little toothbrush scrub followed with your bath. I've personally never tried this but it sounds reasonable. I'm curious what other opinions may be.Help, I rescued a sweet jaquard black on black, and she has a zipper issue. I've searched the thread with no success. It is nickel with heavy oxidation, in fact all the nickel is effected. The teeth are all in place, but it will not zip closed. The inside zipper works fine. I'll post pix ASAP. Before I move forward with anything on her I wanted opinions.
Sorry I've been gone for so long, life got me. Missed everyone, muah!
