Here is a picture of my recently acquired, very abused Swagger bag. I bathed it and have given it two coats of Leather CPR. To the left is the inside pocket flap, to the right the outside of the bag! Is Leather refinisher the way to go?

This is great!! I just always assumed Leather would be stitched with some special magical thread or something. But this is really helpful!!

What is the original color? You could try blackrocks leather n rich to see if is darkens and evens out the color.

I used black rocks on this bag and it really helped to improve the color and make it more consistent:
