I don't know the exact measurement but here's a picture. Raspberry Lindsey, Grey and Bone Large Sophia and Tuberose Sophia.

If the lindsey works for you, the large sophia will too. The small ones i'm not sure about. For me the large sophias fit on my shoulder well, the lindsey is a little too snug for my liking. hth.

Where do I find information about coach bag care? What do you do with new bag? Do you use anything to protect them before first and every use? If you do not use new bag for few months or old bag for couple months, do you condition and clean them?

Sorry about lots of questions but I am very new in Coach and very much fall in love and so need the best info to protect them.

It is regular leather. You can use conditioner to keep it looking new longer.
