Thanks for this
@Lee22 ! It helped when, oddly enough, I received a package in the mail today from "Coach Returns". I racked my brain trying to think if I had ordered something that I just didn't remember but I had not. Instead, what I found was a bag that I returned a few weeks ago, purchased in early May, looking for a refund. There was a letter inside the box that indicated that my return was not being accepted because it was

ast the 30 days". I was perplexed. I remembered your post and called customer service where I chatted with a very helpful empathetic rep. He asked for the reference number on the letter, the order number, details about the return, including if I had the tracking number when I sent return back, all of which I had. He could not explain why they would send it back. It fully fit within the extended timeliness for returns. They had accepted my return on June 23rd. In the end, he could not figure out why this was returned to me. He sent me another UPS return label, instructed me to notate largely on the back the APC code, and return it. He apologized for not being able to give me a refund immediately but said that it would be processed Within 5 to 10 working days after they received it.
It clearly took them more time to repackage the bag, write the letter, and send it back to me then it would have been to just adhere to their policies. In any event, wanted to share my experience and thank you again for posting this information is it was extremely helpful to me.
