I agree - really wanted black but I did try out with a chain and actually looks good with jeans too.
I have really been into the Coach blues (mostly dark denim and midnight) for the past year or so but the chambray is so beautiful. I can imagine how wonderful it would look with a chain...it would be so elegant but with a classic modern edge at the same time. I'm going to have to keep my eye open for a chambray piece to add to my collection. I usually go for gold hardware which is why the chambray has not been on my radar. I'll have to rethink this now. Your picture gives a really good indication of the colour.

Which ones did you order? I ended up ordering 4 different styles (the 5th was sold out - Rexy wild beast print was popular!). I am so curious about the "pink" star Uni (since it looks more like a rust/burnt orange on my screen). My orders won't arrive until Monday so I can't wait to see your pics!

I wasn't planning on ordering this many; of course when all of the others were sold out, I ordered the 2 Uni masks... but a few days later in the morning I saw the sharky and floral rexy pop back up so I ordered those too, LOL. (I won't mention the few Disney fobs that magically popped into my order too, haha :biggrin:)
But I feel like it might be a mask world for a pretty long time, so these are just more to add to the wear/wash rotation!

I ordered these: I haven't washed them yet, but they seem nice and lightweight and easy to adjust.

Those are cute! I have the starry Sharky one coming, and really wanted the Rexy but wasn't sure of the color tones of the camo. I might have to order that one if I find they fit well. Sharky and blue floral Rexy should arrive Tuesday to me.

It might be UPS smart post. That is usually what happens for my Coach small packages. At the last stage they transfer it to USPS. I don't think you can tell from the tracking that will happen until it does.

For what it's worth, my Coach mask came all the way with UPS, no SmartPost this time. Consistency in inconsistency at it's best!

Covid Return Alert for those in the PA,NJ,DE tristate area. As you know our retail stores have yet to open so I chatted with rep to see if the updated return policy will be extended for our area and was told NO. She told me to process the return via mail and in write the following on return document ”APC” FOR REFUN which is their approval to accept my return. Below is the updated return policy recently added to the website....

Thanks for this @Lee22 ! It helped when, oddly enough, I received a package in the mail today from "Coach Returns". I racked my brain trying to think if I had ordered something that I just didn't remember but I had not. Instead, what I found was a bag that I returned a few weeks ago, purchased in early May, looking for a refund. There was a letter inside the box that indicated that my return was not being accepted because it was :past the 30 days". I was perplexed. I remembered your post and called customer service where I chatted with a very helpful empathetic rep. He asked for the reference number on the letter, the order number, details about the return, including if I had the tracking number when I sent return back, all of which I had. He could not explain why they would send it back. It fully fit within the extended timeliness for returns. They had accepted my return on June 23rd. In the end, he could not figure out why this was returned to me. He sent me another UPS return label, instructed me to notate largely on the back the APC code, and return it. He apologized for not being able to give me a refund immediately but said that it would be processed Within 5 to 10 working days after they received it.
It clearly took them more time to repackage the bag, write the letter, and send it back to me then it would have been to just adhere to their policies. In any event, wanted to share my experience and thank you again for posting this information is it was extremely helpful to me.
 
Oh jeeze, hope I don't have any issues. I sent back a cassie that was purchased during the extended returns timeframe. It was received by them 6/26 but nothing has updated yet.
If they received it that day you might have a few days before you here from them. I had recent purchases received on the 23rd and 24th and they said to check back this week.

Glad this info helped!! Right now awaiting outcome. My items arrived at coach on 7/1 - was also told to expect refund with in 5-10 days of that date. We will see....

I placed an order for 3 items on 6/25 and got an email confirmation, but when I went to check the status, it says the order can't be found and it's also not in my order history. I'm going to have to call them, but am anticipating something went haywire and my order was lost. And one of the items is out of stock now, so it's not like I can re-order it. At least my payment method wasn't charged since it hasn't processed.

The outlet site isn't great with order history. It is probably not lost. You might have better luck if you look on the regular coach website at your order history. Sometimes you can see things there not showing at the outlet site. (they show both fos and regular coach purchases)

So they are working out of order apparently. My package they received on the 30th, I just got an email for, but the ones on the 23/24 are still pending. I tried to call but their lines are all busy so I will call tomorrow. I have the tracking numbers so I am not too worried about it but would like them to have receipt of all of them.
 
One more update--once you hit the 10 day mark you can call them to help get it processed. Since they processed one on the 30th and not my older ones, I reached a rep, and she processed a request to get the refunds processed. I still have to wait for the emails but something should happen now. (hopefully)
