I don't get it...takes more time to rebox it & print out a letter than to follow their own policies.
Well pine cassie arrived back this morning, and they took the dustbag! Really dislike how they used yellow hilighter and red pen on my letter too. I am so annoyed, I realllly don't want this bag now. Not wanting to spend half the day on hold for a CS rep either.

You know, now that I think about it, the tote they sent me back was wrapped in paper, not a dustbag. The also highlighted the "30 day return policy" on the letter.
Mine went back...I wrote APC about 15 times all over that box.
 
Is there anything else I need to write on it? I sent an email but can't wait on hold all day for a rep.
I believe I wrote on the letter that they sent the name of the rep that I spoke to and the noted approval he gave.
I know when I called, the first few times, it wouldn't even go through because it said all lines were busy. I tried again and barely had to wait a minute before a rep came on. It may be worth just trying to call a couple more times to see if you get through as it seems to be very random as to when you get connected to a rep. Good luck and keep us posted.
