Ugh....UPS mychoice just sent an email saying I have a package set to arrive tomorrow from Coach Returns.If they received it that day you might have a few days before you here from them. I had recent purchases received on the 23rd and 24th and they said to check back this week.

Well pine cassie arrived back this morning, and they took the dustbag! Really dislike how they used yellow hilighter and red pen on my letter too. I am so annoyed, I realllly don't want this bag now. Mine went back...I wrote APC about 15 times all over that box.

Recently I went grocery shopping and got back home all the while being on hold! It was a 45 min wait til someone finally answered!Agree that sometimes you get a rep fast and other times not. The last two times it was 30 minutes wait but I just did other things while waiting.
