I'm pretty excited - I just ordered the Tea Rose charm for $13.75 and free shipping. I've been coveting it since it came out and this price was too good to pass up. Took some refreshing to get it into my cart due to the dreaded "others have this item in their carts" message, but I finally got it.
Oh yay! I’m glad someone snagged that awesome deal!

I ordered that same charm too, plus was able to grab the blue version before it sold out... but just received a shipping confirmation and these two charms weren't on it, which usually means I'm not getting them.

Anyone else have a shipping confirmation that is missing certain items from this recent reserve sale?

    Damn i haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, i really want this charm, i thought about getting the blue version but i dont have any bags to match it so i only got the other one, i hope my order doesn’t get canceled :sad:

Same - interesting though, based on @redwood66's post below, I checked my order history and the blue one does say "backorder" while the nude/blush color isn't even there at all! UGH.

Hmm. I asked the same question above. Mine is still on backorder along with the spinning tea rose one.
Thanks for the info on the backorder status - I hadn't looked there so I'll just keep checking in hopes I actually get one or both!
I wasn't even thinking of checking status since I ordered some earrings in March and they were not in the shipping confirmation and also not in the package. I finally received a notice in April (like 5 weeks later) that said they were sorry and out of stock. Like, thanks for the info over a month later, Captain Obvious!

Long time lurker, occasional poster here! There's a bag on the website that I really want but when I tried to add it to my bag it said it's currently being held by members and that I should check back later. I've been checking since about 2pm yesterday. I've called two of my local outlets that are doing store pickup and they don't have the bag in stock in the color that I want. Do you think it would be possible to call customer service and place the order with them (assuming the bag is actually in stock)?

I'd try that but it might not be available any longer and they just haven't changed the status. There was a feather charm I wanted and did the same thing.....stalked it every few minutes and finally gave up. I can't remember how long it took them to change the item status to sold out. But a call to CS can't hurt!

i just got off the phone with them and that's exactly what the rep said :(. Thank you for your help!
 
These both still say backorder. Why sell if you don't have them?
