I hate to get back on hold with CS since the last time it took me 45 minutes to get thru. Do you think I can return a bag purchased at the outlet store to the warehouse? CS finally responded to my email request for a label on another item purchased via online outlet but I already sent that back. I'm getting impatient waiting for the outlet stores to open and i KNOW they will not be happy to receive returns! I'd rather avoid the whole thing with them.

I returned one from a retail store one time. I had called customer service to see if I could, and they said yes as long as you have the info, such as the receipt, you name and contact info, etc. It worked out okay and I actually got my refund....

I can confirm that yes you can send an outlet bag back to JAX. My mom did recently and it took 14 business days to process the refund.
 
I have so many Outlet items I purchased in March before they shut their doors that I'd like to return. I think I might call to see if they will allow me to ship to JAX like some of you. It was OK when I thought I could return this week, but nothing is opened, and I kind of want my money earning interest instead of sitting in the closet, even if just a little.
 
I am kind of in the same position, have a few items from mid march that I would like to return as well...called my closest outlet in Pleasant Prairie Wisconsin and they told me that they might open in mid june and return should not be a problem then. I am not sure that I want to wait that long though...Please share what they say, if you call the customer service, may be I can return that way.

Did your mom pay for return shipping? I have two items to return and priced the cost of return shipping. It was too much. If the other ladies are successful in getting a free return shipping label, I will give it a try.

Yes she did pay for shipping. I don't think she tried to get a free shipping label since the FOS policy is for buyers to pay for return unless the item is damaged. She could have waited for the outlet to open, but she just wanted to get everything settled.
 
There are a few new retail bags on FOS this morning. 60% off.
I couldn't really tell what was new because I haven't been on much, but I did scan through and didn't see much in reserve.

However... I will say they are hiding things again on their site. I went to various tabs, and at the very bottom of "deals" I saw the cute wildflower print on a small wristlet-- which is a reserve item, and it is 70% off of what they are charging on regular coach site right now as that print is not on sale yet there. I couldn't find that same wristlet anywhere else or by searching the color or anything. So just be aware it might be worth the time to click around for those hidden reserve items. I don't think there are many of them, but there could be a few more.

I also saw that what used to be the meadow flower print on regular Coach is dandelion print on outlet items. I loved that meadow flower, but I already have two items in it from Coach. But for the outlet they added a pink color (reg Coach only had blue), and they have it in several styles, including a Tilly top handle. I am going to give it a try as many have loved the Tilly, but I will return it if I don't love it.

Thanks! I think I will wait as things are slowly reopening in my general area. Shipping it back would be too costly for me as I have several items to return.

What does it mean when you place an order then get the error that your order could not be submitted, please try again or use another card? I tried twice and the card information is correct. On my Visa app it shows a pending charge, a reversed pending charge, and another pending charge for the last time I tried the order. It's not reversed but yet my order is not processed.

I tried calling but don't have time to stay on hold right now. I also used the email contact form. I don't want to use another card, yet. It's for 3 reserve items, but that's under the limit, right?

It’s totally messed up system! I get that error all the time! It only allows me to pay via PayPal which is a pain! I told them before and said it was a known issue. Well geez it’s been months!
