I'll go find it and try to take some more pictures. I've never used it because I was worried about the calf hair.
I carried mine several times before I sold it. The calf hair doesn't rub up against your body. The only possible area of damage is from the hangtag and ornament banging into it.
Good morning y’all! So last week I ordered and received the Cassie in taupe but realized she had cracking in her glazing. I’ve tried to ignore this but am really put off by it, which I’m so disappointed about. I came across the lunch pail over the weekend and really like her, plus she’s more than half the cost. I just ordered her from the outlet website. Never ordered from there before, hope they ship relatively quickly. Here’s a pic of what I have coming.

There is a thread where people discuss their outlet purchases--just fyi in case you want to join in there. As for shipping, the ship fairly quickly normally. Not sure how it is right now with Covid19.

They finally changed the FOS website, no more countdown until sale “closes”. I have never been locked out from a sale but I’m curious if everyone will be able to sign in and shop now.
I've been ordering from main line and FOS for years now and while there will be a tangible quality difference between FP and MFF, they are both good quality for their respective prices, and IMO you'd be hard-pressed to do better at the retail level.
I recently order a couple of MFF horse & carriage SLGs because they're not offered at FP, and I was impressed by the design and quality. I'm definitely more open to MFF canvas items now.

I've ordered from the outlet before with no issues. But, because of the pandemic, shipping and processing might be slower than usual. I ordered a coach bag from bloomingdales for my mom last week but it is still processing, so it definitely may take a while. Good luck and stay safe! This lunch pail bag is super cute!

Yeah, and I ordered my Cassie from Dillard’s last Monday and received it Thursday! I guess it’s hit or miss right now? I have not seen this bag in person but have considered this style for a couple years now so I’m excited about it. Hope I’m happier with it than the Cassie.
