It’s totally messed up system! I get that error all the time! It only allows me to pay via PayPal which is a pain! I told them before and said it was a known issue. Well geez it’s been months!

I consistently get same error but it redirected me to call customer service to make the order. In the meanwhile my card shows pending charge.

Thank you both, that is effed up! I will try to order on my other backup account and see what happens. It slightly worries me seeing a pending charge, but I'll keep an eye on it to drop off.

This happened to me a few times read pending charges and it ticked me off. So the only way to get around it was to call and place an order over the phone or to pay with PayPal because my credit cards did not work at all. I think this started for me probably like three or four months ago. I even deleted the cards and added them back made sure my addresses were correct still didn’t work.

They listed some Reserve items this afternoon and I had to pick up a few charms. A couple say backorder now and one says shipping from store.

I'm not seeing those at all! They aren't in the accessory section and the Reserve is messed up. There is only one item in the wallets and accessory section.

They are in the member only section so you have to log in.

I got an email today about the special Member Section Reserve items, that's why I was excited to place a little order. I'll deal with it tomorrow and try to call again, I didn't have time today. By then my things will probably be sold out.

I'm pretty excited - I just ordered the Tea Rose charm for $13.75 and free shipping. I've been coveting it since it came out and this price was too good to pass up. Took some refreshing to get it into my cart due to the dreaded "others have this item in their carts" message, but I finally got it.
