My outlet states they will do adjustments within 14 days of purchase (30 days (return/rebuy at sale price only if item exists in store). I always call to ask them to confirm the price before I go due to the distance I have to travel. I let them know it is a retail item from FOS so that they look up the item in the correct system with Fxxxxx.....The newbies maybe clueless so you may need to be a bit firm or ask to speak with a manager or more seasoned rep. Hope this helps.

Thank you for getting back to me. I have the price-adjustment duffle with me. I’ll let you all know how it goes.

Huh! Okay, I'm definitely going to call my outlet. If I can buy an item from FOS that isn't in my outlet but the outlet will adjust the discount, that would be great to know going forward. Might be too late to apply it to the Disney collection, since I don't know when that sale ends, but for future purchases that would be awesome.

YAY, that is great!!! My outlet did the price adjustments as well (Pleasant Prarie and Rosemont outlets) a couple of weeks ago, but I had to make many trips and call multiple times...it was not easy. They kept giving me conflicting information, the key is to get to the right person and to be persistent. Eventually, it came down to this: within about about 14 days (depends on the manager) you can do return/rebuy and the item did not have to be in stock at the store.

One thing - hope the 70% continues... Did have a chat with store manager this morning and they won't know until tonight if the same discount applies moving forward. Seems every Tuesday night outlet sale could change. Anybody else heard anything?
