My three Rogues I ordered from the sale finally came and it's sad.
I ordered the 1941 Red, Prussian Blue, and leather patchwork.

The red is just ruined by how they stored it. It smells brand new, but the corners are crushed in and the smile lines from the handles are very deep. It's a shame they let bags get ruined like this - it's wasteful.

The Prussian blue has areas with wrinkling and smushed corners on one side - better condition than the red but nowhere worth only 50% off. Again they've wasted a beautiful bag.

The patchwork is beautiful but I think there's some residue on the glovetanned patches on one side that I can't figure out - but I really want to keep because it is gorgeous.

Why they don't just sell these instead of packing them away poorly for years I don't know.

That is too bad about the red. I agree it is a mess. The blue doesn't look too bad and the patchwork is pretty! I'm sure they'll all still be around next time.
The patchwork is crazy gorgeous in person - there's just these shiny streaks all over the one they sent me like something liquid was spilled or sprayed on it - they aren't sticky though. I like it so much I'm considering keeping it if I can't get a better one.

I would love to have the red, but I need to order another patchwork because I'd like one without the residue and streaking. I am also at the item limit this sale.View attachment 4680678 View attachment 4680680View attachment 4680689 View attachment 4680691
So sorry about your experience. Such a bummer! I love my patchwork. Hopefully you can get a good one. Go to chat on coach.com along with your order number, share your dissatisfaction, and request another bag. They have been very helpful to me lately.

Ugh, I'm really wanting a 1941 Red Rogue, but my luck with FOS has been absolutely terrible every time, and Canadians don't get free returns, so I always have to fight with CS to have them cover my UPS shipments to send back ruined bags. Why on earth do they allow items in this condition to be sold?!
Because they keep putting damaged goods back in stock hoping someone would keep it. I returned a dark cherry drifter that was in horrible shape. No problem with returning. I didn't have much time so I left soon as I got refunded. I saw my receipt later and it said return reason was "changed mind". :annoyed: I told him it was damaged and the ppl working there really don't care to be truthful. So back it went to being recycled.

If it was in-store, they probably still plan to put it out on the floor for sale. I don't mind them doing this because I can make a decision on what I'm willing to deal with as long as I can see & touch it. They definitely shouldn't be selling them through FOS.
IMO, all of these semi-damaged ones should be put on the floor for at least 60-70% off at the outlets so the customers can decide if they are "worth" it. Then if they don't sell after a few weeks at the 60/20 or 70/20 sales, they can ship them to wherever they the damaged bags end up, kwim? :)

Makes sense. But I didn't buy it in the store. It was FOS purchase.

Every time I've returned a damaged item, they've put "changed mind" as the return reason.
