That's great to know. Did you put anything around the leather or just the leather directly against the heat? I've ironed leather before with my steam iron, but I put a press cloth down over the leather.
nothing around it. Straight up on leather. it does not flat iron it right away, it takes a few passes. Nothing is damaged or burned, comes out good.
I bet steam iron would work great on pebbled and other textured leather! You gave me a great idea :)

I just shipped back the crocodile Rogue, the Western embroidery Rogue, and the yellow snakeskin Rogue - I only kept the Felix Rogue.

I also shipped back a Troupe from the SAS before the 30 days was up because the condition of my FOS order left me not excited about bags.
Sorry hun - I returned the croc rough which was a beautiful bag in perfect condition but I did not think it was special enough for the $1800 price - if it was $900 I think I would have kept it. I also have the Western Embroidery rogue I am debating if I should return it because it was not in tip-top condition - like you I think I will keep my Felix - still debating because I have so many black bags

My croc rogue won't be here until tomorrow. I don't know how I feel about it now.
It really is a beautiful and unique bag - and I think if you love it and it is in your budget you should keep it - let us know if you love it

Funny note - my husband came with me to the outlet yesterday and I was saying how I hate to return this bag - he said - if you really love it - keep it - he had no idea what the bag cost - he probably thought it was like $300 - LOL!

Mod shots of the Ivy Rogue Shoulder bag. It came a bit roughed up. Zero stuffing. A dent of some sort on the front. I agree that the leather is thin. But I still love this bag! I actually love the thin leather - makes it feel dainty and delicate. And it’s so light I just love it! It is a perfect size for me. I’m 5’2”. And narrow enough. The color is gorgeous including the lining of the pockets. I really like that the pockets are leather-lined instead of suede because I will use them a lot.
I just got my Ivy Rogue shoulder bag and I absolutely love it. It is perfect in every way. The glove leather is so smooth and soft. I do like the thinner leather as it is lighter to carry. I have other Rogues that are just too heavy and I tend not to carry them. The outside leather lining pockets is beautiful. I like it much better than the suede as it's hard to keep clean and adds weight. The shoulder straps are a perfect length. I am 5'3 and I can access the inside without taking it off my shoulder. The color is beyond beautiful. It came all wrapped up and in perfect condition. This is how I know I love a bag when I can't wait to carry it. I did return my stone blue Tabby hobo as I just wasn't loving it.
