My croc rogue won't be here until tomorrow. I don't know how I feel about it now.

Really good idea to get the price adjustment! Now, if I were you I would stop thinking about it because it's other people's reactions swaying you right now and causing you to over-think a little.

Wait until the bag is in your hands and see how it feels to you, because it's quite different holding it vs. looking at pictures of it, kwim. You'll either think it's perfect or you'll return it, but that will only be clear when you have it with you.

I just got my Ivy Rogue shoulder bag and I absolutely love it. It is perfect in every way. The glove leather is so smooth and soft. I do like the thinner leather as it is lighter to carry. I have other Rogues that are just too heavy and I tend not to carry them. The outside leather lining pockets is beautiful. I like it much better than the suede as it's hard to keep clean and adds weight. The shoulder straps are a perfect length. I am 5'3 and I can access the inside without taking it off my shoulder. The color is beyond beautiful. It came all wrapped up and in perfect condition. This is how I know I love a bag when I can't wait to carry it. I did return my stone blue Tabby hobo as I just wasn't loving it.

My Ivy Rogue is starting to slouch but I love how it sort of 'drapes', and I do love both of them now. Kind of redundant to have 2 literally nearly identical bags, but I agree that they are just perfect. My favorite part was also the leather lining. So much more practical I think - I toss stuff in those pockets that suede would not handle (kid's water bottles, opened snack packages, cell phone that's in an out 10+ times per trip, etc.).

I was able to get CS to adjust the price of the croc rogue to what it is selling at now since I don't even have it yet, which might help in my decision tomorrow. Hopefully it will be applied, though she did say yes and got it approved through the help desk. That saves me $200.

How did you word the request, because I was just told by the CS chat that they will not do adjustments on items purchased before the promotion started.

The discussion started with getting them to reroute it back, which they have done before, but in the end they decided to do the credit instead. I am not positive it will happen but hopefully. It was quite a lengthy conversation involving multiple people. Maybe because it is such an expensive bag. It was worth the effort to try.

Oh good lord do I have terrible luck. Missing rivet and what looks like holes punched in the croc. What are they doing in JAX to all these bags for cripes sake? In talking with them they assured me this one would be damaged out so it is not sent to anyone else. Good grief.

CS is sending the last one along with a $100 merch credit. I do really love this bag otherwise. The color is a beautiful green that is not too yellow or blue.

My FOS drifter is a total mess. It shows no signs of wear but boy did they store it poorly! There were no wrappings on the handle and clearly they stored the bag laying on the handle so there's a huge smile mark on the leather. Hangtag was also clearly under the ball chain so there's line of indentations. The front flap looks terrible and looks like also had something laying on top it.

It's a shame because I really love this cherry red color.

My FOS drifter is a total mess. It shows no signs of wear but boy did they store it poorly! There were no wrappings on the handle and clearly they stored the bag laying on the handle so there's a huge smile mark on the leather. Hangtag was also clearly under the ball chain so there's line of indentations. The front flap looks terrible and looks like also had something laying on top it.

I’m really sorry, most of my purchases came damaged too and it is very disappointing. They must throw these bags in giant bins or something and store them for years like that, judging by some of the indentations and creases. If only they just stored them properly

It's pretty. What do you think about the way the croc is on there? Reminds me of the crocodiles we saw in Costa Rica

It's ridiculous how they treat these bags in the warehouse yet don't want to sell them at 70% off. Had they tried to clear out inventory instead of holding on to these 2017 bags in hopes for $50-$100 more these bags would have been sold and loved and made someone happy. Now no one is happy. I paid $215.63 and they are making zero money from this sale because it's going back tomorrow. They will probably put it right back in the warehouse under more bags and go through another return process by another customer!

Ugh that stinks! I'm curious if they'll continue to put these bags on FOS? They have to be getting a ton of returns. Maybe they should stick with leaving them on the outlet shelves (90?% off lol) so buyers can see the condition and judge if it's worth the price. It would save everyone a lot of headache.

I actually like it because it makes it more casual. While I love the full alligator rogues, those would never work with my lifestyle or wardrobe. I hope the other one is nice but if it's not perfect then I am not keeping it. I cannot believe that this one was sent out.

I might be done with FOS after this since everything has been mostly awful for everyone. It seems if one waits for SAS and the days they do the extra 20% you can get just as good a deal. I would not buy one of the black snakeskin tea rose rogues if they show up on FOS because the two I sent back were horrible.
