I've been calling the post office it was last scanned at and can't get an actual human being on the phone! I've left several messages too and no one calls back. When someone does answer they put me on hold then someone hangs up 20+min later. Reviews online for this post office are horrible as well. I think I'm going to stop by my local post office today and see if they can get any answers, they are never busy and typically very nice.
That's how my post office is and my post master tried to help. I would also go that route.....and she might have a different phone number to try. I was trying the one listed on the internet for that particular p.o. in Brooklyn and my post master gave me a different one and the number she gave me is the one that got answered. The other number was either never answered or had a busy signal.

The bag from the online sale arrived with signs of use. The price tag was ripped off the end of the tag, the shoulder strap was fully attached without the zip tie, the feet are slightly scuffed, and there was a hair inside. Nothing major, but it was not on clearance so not on a great discount so I'm disappointed. How does Coach Outlet Online handle this? Will they send a replacement? It's a new, current bag; so they should have them.

I've shipped with usps for years, no problems with sent or received packages......until my son's Christmas package last month. Sent on the 18th, supposed arrival time the 23rd. It was scanned, but not put on an outbound truck from Tennessee for 2 whole days. On the 26th delivery was attempted, my son wasn't there to sign for it. Signed up for redelivery for the next day. The next day came, no package that day, or the next, or the next.......GF called post office, was told package was there. They went to p.o., stood in line for 35 minutes to be told package was not there. I filed lost package report and called my post master. She tried to intervene on my behalf with Brooklyn p.o. I filed an insurance claim. Two days later my claim was approved and a check sent two days after that. They never did a search for my lost package. On January the 18th I finally got through to the p.o. AND a nice person who did her job and found the package just sitting in the back. Son was out of town until this past Tuesday night. I called a second time to make sure package was still there and no return to sender started. (It would take approximately 3 months for it to get back to me. :wtf:) On Wednesday he left work early, stood in line forever, but they found his package quickly, and another one that was never delivered that he'd forgotten about.

Maybe call Coach, explain the situation and see if you can get an extension on the return time?

Speaking of bone headed moves with USPS, my local post office decided without any forms filled out of any kind, that we moved and held all of our mail! I hadn't been getting any for a couple of days, and then one day a post card appears in my box about 'the people at this residence have moved..." News to me! I call them and ask what is going on, where is my mail, etc. The guy on the other line was all, "Well you filled out a moving form, ma'am." NO I DIDN'T! THERE WAS NO FORM FILLED OUT. He argued with me for a solid 5 minutes. I told him he better release my mail and get it all delivered back to me or there would be hell to pay. Their local number is now in my phone contacts as Idiot Post Office because they are seriously so stupid at that location it hurts. Their online google reviews are even super bad. They'll truly hire you if you are over 18 and barely breathing it seems.

There's a new scam going on. Somehow the scammers get your credit card info and then go online at USPS and they pay $1 online and request change of address to Florida. Then they order things to deliver at that address. I only found out while waiting in line to mail a package. The guy in front of me was furious and super frustrated. It was his third time attempting to change his address back to his own address where he has been living for the past 20 years.

Wow! Terrible thing for people to go thru! Now the USPS has to find a way to verify you moved and it is you who is requesting the change. So many things really are easy for people who have no morals to get away with and the poor victim is left cleaning up the mess!

Any way.....back to purses.....I'm hoping they don't have anything good on the next sale starting on Monday! I need a little bit to recover from the retail SAS! I'm hoping a few bags make it to outlet but not too soon for my wallet.

The online sale starts tomorrow. If you check Monday you might get the break you are wishing for. [emoji6]

Glad you said something! I swore I saw 2/5 the other day when I checked. They seem to be having them more often now. I set up a new email address and now am back in. They must clear them out of their system or something. When I ordered my 25 in Surplus on Thurs, they had my newly created email in their system. Who knows what they do.....just glad I seem to be in now!
