Glad you said something! I swore I saw 2/5 the other day when I checked. They seem to be having them more often now. I set up a new email address and now am back in. They must clear them out of their system or something. When I ordered my 25 in Surplus on Thurs, they had my newly created email in their system. Who knows what they do.....just glad I seem to be in now!
That's funny. I thought I saw it starts the 3rd. I checked last night and it said 4th. Lol.

Speaking of bone headed moves with USPS, my local post office decided without any forms filled out of any kind, that we moved and held all of our mail! I hadn't been getting any for a couple of days, and then one day a post card appears in my box about 'the people at this residence have moved..." News to me! I call them and ask what is going on, where is my mail, etc. The guy on the other line was all, "Well you filled out a moving form, ma'am." NO I DIDN'T! THERE WAS NO FORM FILLED OUT. He argued with me for a solid 5 minutes. I told him he better release my mail and get it all delivered back to me or there would be hell to pay. Their local number is now in my phone contacts as Idiot Post Office because they are seriously so stupid at that location it hurts. Their online google reviews are even super bad. They'll truly hire you if you are over 18 and barely breathing it seems.
What houseof999 said....though it’s not exactly a new sort of scam. Someone did it to my daughter 7 years ago. I caught it because they sent a change of address slip to our address quickly. I don’t know the exact nature of the scam, but it also involved a law firm. The change of address was to Chicago. She had it stopped immediate and filed a complaint. A little while later there was a bit of correspondence from a law firm in Chicago and even a check in one of them. I think they pulled a scam with the law firm using my daughters id, did a change of address so that check would have been forwarded to them. There was never any credit cards or anything opened in her name, just the lawyer correspondence and the check. I sent it all back to them and told them they were part of a scam of some sort.

There's a new scam going on. Somehow the scammers get your credit card info and then go online at USPS and they pay $1 online and request change of address to Florida. Then they order things to deliver at that address. I only found out while waiting in line to mail a package. The guy in front of me was furious and super frustrated. It was his third time attempting to change his address back to his own address where he has been living for the past 20 years.

I don't believe this was the same thing, as I never had any issues with credit card fraud and it happened some time ago. They also never forwarded my mail, just had it on hold at the local post office. I think it was truly a case of them mixing up addresses and screwing up, which is something they do well at that location. They've also 'lost' packages of ours claiming they were delivered, and when we've disputed it, they magically appear on the driver's truck as 'overlooked', yet they scanned it as delivered....

Oh wow. Glad you caught it quick and nothing bad happened.

I sure hope it's not the same. Some post offices are notoriously bad. Some are very good. I have had no major problems with the ones near me. Only time I could not find a delivered package was because of a new hire who actually didn't deliver the package. It was out for delivery again in a few days.

Does anyone know if you can get an order cancelled? My order from Sunday hasn't shipped yet so I was just going to drive to the outlet and pick up what I wanted instead.
I never got a shipping notification last time so I called customer service thinking it hadn't shipped. They told me it was actually processed and shipped out so I ended up not cancelling. However, you can still pick up your item from the outlet or at least put it on hold in case they don't ship. Is it sold out online already?
