I ordered the Hologram rivet Harley, i think it went up in price from last week, but didn't want to miss out on it, especially since my closest outlet does not have any. Wish they had the Hologram leather Harley in the sale :( fingers crossed maybe they will pop up next sale. Debating if i want to go for the hologram tote instead. Decision decisions.

The hologram wallet and wristlet are for me- love the color shift. And the leather quality seems great! I was happy to see the hologram pebbled leather with the inside of the wallet being smooth black leather instead of cross grain like some of the others I have seen on the net. Not a huge fan of crossgrain. I also ordered the hologram mini skinny ID- waiting for it to arrive. It was sold out when I made my initial purchase but that final night of the sale suddenly it was available and I snatched it up. First outlet experience and I am a happy customer for sure!

Thank you! So looks like the gray one didn't make it on the sale this time. I know they have some because I called CS a few days ago. I don't know how they decide when to offer things via the online outlet. I'll have to visit my local store and see what they can do on price!

Boy it’s tricky getting into the site at times isn’t it? I went in early this morning and was able to place an order. Now I can’t log in. Funnily, I can get in using my phone , but not with the iPad. Weird!
Anyway I was able to get these two pretties.

I've had that issue before with their site and I had to clear my cookies on the computer. Then it worked. Their site is finicky and I have issues buying anything if I don't want to go thru Paypal. It won't take my CC info directly and it forces me to pay via Paypal unless I call and place an order on the phone. But when on hold, I can lose out on a hot item that way! Paypal presents a problem when wanting to return. You either get store credit or have to ship back to JAX. They can't process back to Paypal. They are the only site I seem to have this issue with.

I think I'm done ordering from FOS. I ordered some hologram items during the last December sale and they all arrived within a few days from placing the order. Well, 3 days ago I received an order confirmation for an order I never placed! I checked my account and it was in there as "processing" with free next day shipping! I emailed immediately and never received a response and now UPS just sent me a shipping notification that it will be here tomorrow. How were they able to charge my credit card for an order I never placed?

That's creepy! At least it is going to your address rather than to someone else. I don't have a saved credit card so this can't happen to me.

I had the same thing happen. I tried to place an order one day in December and it would not go through. A few days later I tried again and was successful. They had a glitch in the system that caused some of the orders that did not process the first time to finally go through within the past few days. I called and was assured it was a glitch and she said she would make sure it was cancelled. The next day I got a shipping confirmation. I called again and an ambassador contacted UPS and had them intercept the package and send it back to Coach.

I deleted my saved cards now. Entire thing is so strange. Nearly 2 weeks to get an order confirmation and then they ship it next day air. If I don't get a response by the time it arrives I'm going to call them. I never even knew they would ship FOS next day air.

Oh jeeze! Sorry it happened to you too! I guess I will just request a free return label since its already showing on the truck for delivery tomorrow.

I didn't have any saved cards on my account and it still shipped. That bugs me, along with them telling me that they will refund me when they get the item back. This was after they told me they had contacted UPS to intercept the package. They should have issued a refund right then and there.

That's just crazy! They definitely should have refunded you immediately. What if it gets lost on the way back to JAX? That wouldn't be your fault.
