So my paranoia got to me and I just ordered a 2nd market tote. I was reviewing my past FOS purchases in my account and remembered that about 75% of the time I get a beat up floor model with corner wear and scratches. Hopefully this will give me a better chance of getting a nice one. I don't really shop FOS anymore unless I'm looking for a small gift. I got fed up with the guessing game of my items looking beat up upon arrival plus I've been buying mostly from the 1941 line now. I don't remember ever seeing the wild beast market tote in boutiques though? Did I completely miss this or was it an overseas bag like the wild beast Crosby I bought from FOS last year?

I must admit this "risk" factor plays a large part into me in not ordering from FOS. It is a PITA to return things from Canada.
Plus, that ban I am supposed to be on!
It used to be. When the retail store dropped the Kelsey, it was picked up by the outlet store, they are now mff's.
Okay, when I logged on this morning there were two Rogue satches. The 36 in blue and the smaller one in oxblood. I checked to see if the price was better than the in store price on the oxblood one, it wasn't. I went back in a few minutes ago because I wanted to check on a detail on the oxblood bag and it is now gone! Not sold out, just gone...........
I have a feeling they will have a "Reserve Sale" at some point this week. Maybe they are hiding it until then.
I could see them doing that. When I looked at a preview yesterday they had a Pistachio Dinky on there and today when sale opened it was nowhere to be found. Hmmm...

That's right, I saw those bags too! Strange that they let the 36 satchel get sold out before pulling it. I saw the Rogue satchel at the outlet and liked it well enough, just not over $300 well enough. I wasn't real impressed that the long strap was hooked on just one side of the bag, it makes it hang oddly.
I had seen all the Rogue Satchels and the Saddle last night, too. I agree it is strange they kept the 36, and some Dinky's, and not the rest. Maybe they left some just to get some "hype" going.
Ha, I like that the strap is only on one side, I find it is comfortable as it seems to help it lay flatter against my body (instead of sticking out like a football). and easier to "get into" while I am still wearing it. Hard to explain the latter, but it allows the zipper on front side to "fall away" so the opening is larger for me as I fumble around in there. One of those things that I never would have thought of, or thought was odd at first, but turns out to have some benefits!
It does make it easier to get into, but the bag just kinda sagged in on itself on one side when I tried it on with stuff in it ( I used the stores slg's to add what I normally carry in a bag.) I probably don't carry enough to keep the bag's front side from sagging, but my body keeps the back side from doing it. Then the handle on the outside sags over the side and curls the edge of leather down, that's a look some like, but I don't care for. The handles can be stuffed inside, but not as well as the regular rogue. It didn't seem heavy to me though and I like the look in general. I liked the bag, but because of those reasons, just not over $300 worth of like....if that makes sense to you.
Interesting. The pistachio dinky "sold out" during the last sale.
