i only liked two things -- the palm tree and lightening bolt charms, but with a $200 minimum necessary for free shipping I won't do it.

That's my feeling on that too. I really want the lips keychain. It I don't want to spend 5$ on shipping for just that especially since they made them higher priced to begin with. And if they made the keychain like they did on the backpack without the studs on it I would be more tempted.

The length and height not sure how they measure. But width is just about 5 inches. I found the following measurements for 33547 when googling and they are 13.75 inches long x 11 inches high x 6.25 inches wide. So at least 1.25 inches less wide than the "original" 33547.

The nude MFF Edie is offered again in today's FOS sale and they claim that it is 6.25 inches wide; I wonder how they measure it?

It's not $5 for shipping -- it's $10!! I kind of liked the lips keychains/charms too at first, but honestly, there's something odd about the design of it, imho. But $10 for shipping under $200 -- now that's a deterrent!

I just gave in too and got the cactus since you informed me about the $5 shipping for just one item. I couldn't help myself -- it's still a total of under $40, including tax and shipping. I LOVE that studded cactus! (even if I accidently called it a palm tree, earlier!)

No I think it is cute and perfect on the cactus. I'm not sure they look as good on the lips.

That's terrible! I hope they do the right thing. Once I bought a keychain at the outlet. About a month later, having never used it, I realized it was missing one of the charms. They took it back. I was afraid they were going to accuse me of removing the charm. I think you might have more luck taking it into a store and explaining what happened.

Perhaps if you took it to a boutique store, explaining that you don't have access to an outlet, they would give you a merchandise card for credit.

Thanks for the suggestions ladies. I saw that the same charm was on the sale this morning so I called them back. They said they only had one left in stock but she would try to get it shipped to me. So there's that. At least there will be some sort of record that I called because I'm skeptical that I'll actually get one. But it will be on record that they tried to help so maybe I can get a refund if it doesn't come in.

At any rate, the reason I posted this initially was to warn every one to check the attachment of these leather charms to the chain, as it separated, so it doesn't happen to them. OK, and to maybe gripe a little bit that CS didn't help me. I was also not very pleased to see that they had them on the sale again, after telling me yesterday that they were not available.

Katev, thanks again for the warning -- I remember seeing your warning around the time I received this very robot charm from the FOS several weeks ago. Haven't worn it yet, but I'll definitely secure it! It's kind of you to always give us your tips, warnings and suggestions!
