If you have a card with a balance on it, I think you can use it but if it is just on a receipt, I don't see how you could. If you don't see a place to input it when you checkout, you could always call.

Have you registered on the coach outlet web site?
Do you have an outlet in your area? You could try going to the outlet and telling an SA that you have registered online but never receive emails and ask her to check your profile and make sure that you are scheduled to receive emails and sale offers, maybe that will help.
I think so, every time I go on that site I enter my email, it tells me I am not in the system so then I enter it again and it tells me I am signed up now. But, it's rinse and repeat everytime. When I have bought stuff at the outlet I have asked that when checking out, they never know what I am talking about. I do believe they have my email though.
I just received Nude Edie and Nude Charley from FOS. Not pleased. Listed in Reserve on sale, both MFF made in 2017 on creed no interior tag.
Ok guess I am a FP snob but they were advertised as "Coach Reserve" were they not? They were both packaged nicely, the Edie looks narrower more like the depth of the 31 which is smaller than I like and has feet on it unlike the 33547 style. (as far as I know) I am afraid these are going back. Plus the nude color doesn't quite look like the nude I remember.
Coach needs to quit doing this. I ordered a black Crosby months ago and same thing...MFF. Very frustrating to me.
If anyone else ordered the Nude Edie let me know if you received the MFF or the FP.

How annoying! Do you have the style numbers and hardware and bag color codes, from the tags or the order confirmation?
I will try them in the drill-down engine, I find that it is a good way to separate MFF from FP.
Problem is they used the same style numbers and had them listed in the "Coach Reserve" section of the sale. I think this is false advertising.
How do you know that they are mff? is there an F in front of the style number on the creed?
They have a different creed with style and manufacture date like they used to. Style for Edie is F33547 on creed. Manufacture date was listed as 2017

Wow, that is weird...does the leather feel as thick as the FP pebble leather, or thinner? The creed text and design are the same as the current FP Edies, but not that F serial number... Perhaps an overrun or a color they decided not to feature after they made a bunch of them?
I haven't seen an Edie like this for over a year so not quite sure on leather differences. But...style 33547 didn't have feet and the one I received does and I'm 99% sure it is narrower than 33547 that was at FP stores.
