I have trouble with Coach.com freezing when I use Firefox. I usually open FOS in Chrome. It is slow but doesn't freeze. I hate when you add something to your cart, even when you use the little plus sign, it scrolls you back to the top of the page. The whole reason I use the plus sign is so I don't have to navigate back to where I was to see the rest of the items.
Thx for the suggestions, but since it's the only website with this many issues it won't affect me much -- who knows if I'll even get another invite to the FOS. Plus, there are just a few pages of content -- easy to look through quickly.
They are selling it this way in the outlet too. Gift with purchase.
My items came today. They are cute but I was disappointed in the packaging. I ordered 6 items total and they were all stuffed in a small paper package. Some of my items have permanent dents. These 3 look good.
Sorry to hear about the dents! What can you do about the dents, return them? Those 3 pieces are adorable!
I'm so NOT impressed by my first order with them either -- i ordered the BC dark tote and matching small wristlet. I only received the tote -- I called them immediately and they apologized with a promise that I'll have it to me by Tuesday (today)...we'll see!
With that sloppy kind of service, I'm done with them! Seriously, I order TWO items and receive only ONE?? Are Stoners shipping out of their warehouse?

I refuse to shop at our local Coach Outlet store ever again so I was hoping to grab a few things occasionally online but it looks like that won't be happening either.
Yeah, well lets see if the wristlet arrives before end of day...although I do believe they'll make good on it -- the phone rep told me if it's not here by tomorrow (Wed), to call back with my order # -- she said she noted it on my order page.
I remember a while back someone posted on here that they won't shop in their local Coach store again, maybe that was you? If so, did you ever share with us the reason for that or would you prefer to keep a low profile? Either way, I'm sorry that something did not work out for you with them.
Just got a FOS email about early VIP access starting "tonight." I'm used to the sales starting at some ungodly hour (like 4:30am CST), so just curious if anyone knows when the VIP access will start tonight? Have they started sales in the evenings before? Maybe I just wasn't paying attention so I never noticed before

I remember a really long time ago they started a few around 9pm EST. But who really knows if that will be the time for this sale. I would suggest probably checking out the site every hour starting around 5pm EST.
