The sale is open. Free shipping on all orders. An interesting RESERVE section. Lots of jewelry and a blast from the past: the Dakotah in black. I had VIP access after more than 3 years of being locked out. I feel so special!

I'm puzzled at how they're running the outlet site. I have access and have for a while -- but I am not permitted to log on until tomorrow! I guess I'm not spendy enough to have first dibs. LOL

It's the 2/16 event that starts for everyone tomorrow... but some people got "VIP early access" starting today. Not sure how they decide, as I got the email for VIP this time, but for the last one I wasn't even offered the tiered coupon. And I haven't really spent TOO much there lately, so maybe they're trying to lure some people back :)

Is there some kind of quota for jewelry, other than 5 items of similar type (like fobs)? I only have 2 jewelry pieces in my cart and it won't let me add a 3rd.
Hmmm, maybe it's a sign...

Yeah, well lets see if the wristlet arrives before end of day...although I do believe they'll make good on it -- the phone rep told me if it's not here by tomorrow (Wed), to call back with my order # -- she said she noted it on my order page.

I remember a while back someone posted on here that they won't shop in their local Coach store again, maybe that was you? If so, did you ever share with us the reason for that or would you prefer to keep a low profile? Either way, I'm sorry that something did not work out for you with them.

I never posted that I wouldn't shop at my local outlet before it must've been someone else. My last experience there was awful. You would've thought it was Hermes. There were 4 salespeople standing around just staring, not friendly at all but as soon as I headed toward the register one of the sales people ran up to me and said "Are you ready to checkout?" I said yes and she told the lady at the register that she was my salesperson to ring me up. I guess she is paid by commission because she ignored me until she saw I had a couple hundred dollars worth of items. The cashier was really stuck up and had the audacity to ask to see my I.D. when I pulled out my card to pay. Wtf... I've never been asked to show my I.D even at Louis Vuitton or Gucci. Needless to say their stuck up a$$es will never get another dime of my money.
