Hi guys, I feel really gutted 😕 I bought my mulberry oversized Taylor in December from house of Fraser. I usually keep it on one of my drawer tops and have only used it a handful of times. This morning I went to use it and noticed the most massive stain on the bottom. Ive used it like 4 times . I can't work out of its water or liquid or something. The inside of the bag is fine and dry and I can't think what it could be or if it was placed on a dirty surface. I have no idea what to do, please help 😕 I have the receipt etx do you think mulberry can do anything?

Help please, a couple of weeks ago oak lexi and I got drenched in the rain. She was majorly colonilled before. So in the flat when I checked her in the morning she looked alright. But when I brought her oak today, under sunlight, you can see water spots! Is there anything I can do? Or will it blend in with extensive use? Or will it always be there?

Not sure if Mulberry will help but I am sure it's worth emailing them and asking.

If not the furniture clinic will take out stains professionally. It will be quite pricey but I would have thought worth it as it's so new.

They also sell specialist cleaners you can use yourself but it does look quite bad and will probably be best left to them:graucho:

Good luck

The brass disc on my chocolate Somerset purse was pretty tarnished so I decided that I would clean it with some "Bar keepers friend" cleaner.

This was a big mistake as the brass disc on the front now looks like this:

The back of the disc is still fine but I fear I have wrecked the front and am really really upset with myself.

Can anyone suggest anything I can do to improve it ? I can't really justify buying a replacement but I feel I have spoilt my lovely purse.

Is the protective seal gone? If so, I don't know of anything to be done. However, Mulberry will or at least they used to replace old/damaged hardware. I had an old Mulberry and had the hardware replaced by Mulberry and the bag looked new. Then it was stolen!!
