It looks like it may be a changeant, but very subtle if so. (My Axis Mundi is like that too....) I have washed mousseline regardless of size or type and (for me) never had a problem that would bother me at all, but YMMV and it is a LOT of chiffon to iron when you are on a time crunch of ironing before it dries. I think we talked about it back in the spring. It's something that needs to be in your comfort zone, if you do want to try it. (Maybe practice on a cheaper chiffon of some other non H flavor first?)

I think it may be (but one of those really subtle ones).

Thank you! Good idea to start on something that is not such a favorite.

My moussie of the day from yesterday, which is so difficult to photograph. I have a technical question for the experts here - is this a mousseline, a changeant or both? It is heavier than my other mousseline. Also, heaven forbid, if I ever need to wash, can I wash a changeant? I just took the plunge with a couple of 90cm but the thought of washing either my mousselines or this one is quite daunting. Thanks!.View attachment 4267595

Both

I think (even those that wince at BdG scarves every season) will be pleased by unusually strong and simple cws (of course this cuts down on production costs - perhaps H could pass on the savings? ). Sometimes it is nice to have a simple scarf. Watch out though because the plainer the scarf the more creases and any possible faults show.

I can't understand why they didn't make AS's L'Esprit ds la Foret a mousse too. That would make a great GM moussie but anyway I digress...

Ok- It's been a long and busy day but I finally have a little break to share my NTM GM moussie
Whatever it is it is the most bright leafy green changeant! I mean really bright. I spent days trying to get the camera to catch what I was seeing and gave up....Glowing peridot olivine is what I'd call it...with red violet

Thank you for letting me share my pretty....(insert Gollum icon here...)
