Hi Brit,

I decided to keep the grey/chartreuse Peuple afterall - it started to grow on me. As for the chartreuse Guepards ..... i AM a cat lover, but that pattern doesn't do it for me.

Spectacular on you scarfmischief! Love how this one fans out:)

1st-issue Jardin d'Armenie mousseline stole

The details on the JdA work so well on you dear - congrats and your blouse is very pretty with it. I find the details similar to Chasse en Inde - is it the same designer?

Anfang, TankerToad, Ladybaga, dilsta, hopiko, lanit - Many thanks for your kind compliment! I do have a thing for this design in mousseline (the artist is Petrossian, while Chasse en Inde is by Duchene). If I don't mistake, Jardin's d'Armenie is abount the Noah's Arc sailing on the sea (saving animals), while Chasse en Inde is about hunting animals, different phylosophies, :D. A bit more whimsical than Chasse en Inde, too. I'm glad I finally got a fairly neutral mousseline!

Love your mousseline stole! I didn't know the story behind the Chasse de Inde. Had I known then, I would have chosen the Jardin's d'Armenie instead!

My apologies for the typo, I meant philosophies. Another long day at work...

No sweat about that, D Lee. I don't think you can still find Jardin d'Armenie mousseline from your boutique though, it's from 2011 (re-issue) and 2008 (first issue, talking about mousseline stole format) . Perhaps only at Paris Sale I think. Enjoy your Chasse en Inde. It's a beauty too!

Beautiful, Chestnutty, your whole ensemble is perfect!
Thanks BritAbroad!

Gorgeous piece congrats scarfmischief ! I love the subtle combo of colours and the chartreuse border which lends it an elegant yet bold twist ! Sooo bad my boutique didn't have it.. Sigh...
