I heard the store will be opening late October and SAs will book appointments for 45 minutes. I never been to a store re-opening but I read here that when this has happened in other locations QBs are offered since inventory is at its highest level. As you know this location has been low in stock for a while. My former SA said that QB allocations were minimal like 1 per SA every so often vs 3 at a time (pre-pandemic).
My current SA helps me find all kind of items and order them if they don’t have it in stock. So she said to me to send her pics of things I like to be ready for that day. She does have an updated list of my QBs wish list and I’ll probably will be updating it before I go there. My question for the experts here, do you think they will be offering QBs within those 45 minute appointments?

From my understanding appointment will only be 30 minutes and yes they will offer quota bags.

I was offered a miniK this year but declined. The color was not one I cared for. I am constantly shopping so it is difficult to say what a “prespend” is. The brand has so many different lines with such quality things. I love the Chicago store and have always been treated well.

Wait, are SAs already starting to make appointments for the re-opening in Oct end? :amazed: Do they tell anything about if one is secured for a bag with the appointment? How is the bag inventory be like in Chicago store recently?

It depends on the relationship you have built with your SA. Mine was taking appointments. I didn’t mentioned anything about bags but I have discussed my wishlist. So my SA knows what I’m looking for as far as bags and other items. I’m planning to go to get other items that are hard to find. Not going just for QBs.

IMHO you are never "secured for a bag" for a certain appointment, no matter the occasion (unless it's an SO pick-up of course :p). SAs may be set to offer you some bags, and I do expect to get at least an offer for the re-opening, but neither my SA nor I can be sure that it/they will be something I will take.
I think it's safe to say if your SA makes an appointment with you on those private shopping days during the re-opening, there will be some bags available for you, but no one knows what will be available at this point (or they are not telling yet). I have very specific things in mind that I would want to get next, if the offers are not those items, then I will be leaving without a bag.

I would make sure to make your wishes known well in advance of the re-opening so your SA can keep you in mind when deliveries are received.
