My recent experience as of 7/25 is not a pleasant one at this temporary location. SA's are cold and not willing to help if you're just visiting as a tourist. As I have mentioned this is a temporary location. They will be moving back to the original location this fall on the corner of Oak.

I was there on Friday as a tourist and was treated perfectly. I ended up getting a bag from my wishlist that my local store doesnt order. Like most H stores right now stock is a problem but the sa helping me was really nice once we connected and even asked if i would like to be added as a client(i am not from the us). To be fair I didn’t ask for anything impossible- quota bags, ktg, mini bags.

I’m trying to remember a particular SA’s name from Oak St. I usually buy online (scarves mostly). But I think if I ever want a chance to be offered a bag in my lifetime (unlikely), then I should establish a relationship with an SA now. I went to the boutique back in December and a lovely SA helped me. I liked how she didn’t make me feel rushed even though there were some obviously much better heeled customers than I waiting for service. I was just in the market for a 70cm scarf and a lip balm and she treated me like I was buying a quota bag. Unfortunately, I lost her card.

Her name was on the more uncommon side. I think it ended with a vowel? Lol, I’m not sure. Brown hair. It wasn’t Halina. But it was something sort of like that. Help?

I’m on the Hermes website and want to set an appointment for next wednesday because I have the day off. There’s a tulipomania scarf I want but the colorway I want is sold out on the website. The website gives you an opportunity to request a specific SA (if they are working that day).
