No they did not. I sent AMEX the photos of the bag in add and then closeups of junk I got. They reversed payment within a day and I asked Buyee what the address for return would be and to send me the return label, no one responded. When the reverse payment happened Buyee wrote that I might have talked to them prior to opening the Amex case ??? and that I might not be able to use their services
